Went for an RnB / Comedy night. We had such a good time ! The vibe was nice, great food and drink menu , and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Cool laid back atmosphere with good music all night. We had the drink special of the night blackberry margaritas , SO GOOD! Food was fresh and just right. Service was top tier. Thank you for a much needed ladies night and celebration of life !

Got a quick brunch around 11am on a Tuesday.
Had to get it to go for time restraints but this place looks like it has got it going on!
The dining room is clean, plenty of TVs to watch, if you are into sports, this is your place.
I tried the catfish and had some fries both were excellent .
The fries are seasoned well and definitely fresh.
The catfish is light, flaky, and breaded to perfection (not overly breaded like some other places).
The portions are good sized like I like.
This is on my list to revisit sometime when I’ve got more time to sit in. Next time I’m going to give the Oxtail a try. They have a DJ booth and live stage so I’m sure the evenings here are a great experience as well.

I visited this spot for a birthday celebration on a Friday night and we had a blast! The atmosphere was fun and everything was such a good vibe! The staff held it down! Everyone was so welcoming and professional. Kay held it down and was so dope! She took care of our party of 30 plus with ease! I’ve NEVER been to an establishment that had a full house like that and everyone left happy and satisfied! All of the food was hot and fresh! Anddddd drum roll please… the catfish is REAL! Thanks for a good time ❤️

This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The food was salty, not hot, and fries and catfish were overcooked. For a “Sunday Funday,” there was nothing fun about this visit.
We waited a long time for our food and drinks with no apology or acknowledgment. We actually had to go up to the bar ourselves just to get them, even though we had a waitress. Our server, India, was polite, but the overall service and atmosphere were lacking.
The staff’s appearance was also unprofessional, one waitress had her belly showing, another looked like she just rolled out of bed wearing a sleep cap. Everyone just wore black, and the overall look felt overly casual and even a bit too revealing. There doesn’t seem to be any kind of dress code in place.
Overall, this visit missed the mark completely, from food to service to presentation.

My guy and I came in here as a brunch date. This food is beyond fire! I had the shrimp and grits and peach cobbler. My guy had the chicken and waffles. He started eating my food but we had to order his own shrimp and grits to go. We will for sure be back! So flavorful! Still here eating as I type this review.

I like to visit places multiple different times to see if the quality of food, service, and atmosphere is the same each time. Today I ordered the fried pork chops and subbed okra instead of fries to go. I My food smelled so good, I ate the okra during my drive home so no pics this time. When I tell you my food was good, I mean it was GOOD! I went during a Cowboys watch night and was curious to see how the service would be. For this environment, I was pleased with the quality of food I received based on what I paid for. The service was adequate. I have two more random visits to make in December in order to give a full review but so far it’s definitely between a B+ and an A- based solely on the food snd service.

If I could give it zero stars I would. First time to this business and thought we could make it a regular spot to hang out and listen to live music whenever we are in town which is frequently. We went there on a Friday night(Feb. 13). We asked ahead of time if reservations were required and were told no. We arrived at 8:34pm. There was a $10 pp cover charge. No problem. The problem? No seating or standing ! EVERY table reserved or with large parties!Sone tables people had been holding for others for 2 hours and no one sitting there! Shouldn’t ALL the staff be aware BEFORE continuing to collect money at the door???? How about tell people at the door? No offer to return our money after only being there literally 5 mins! Not about the money, but the principle. Felt robbed and disrespected! Love supporting black businesses, but can’t bring myself to go back….ever!

The crowd was dead, the food is mid, and the drinks were NOT strong; so you have to buy a few just to feel a buzz. You still paying $10.00 to get in and it’s boring unless you’re with a lit group. My mom would enjoy this place. They strict on seating like it’s a packed house and it’s not. And we’re adults, I don’t want to hear edited songs all night, there are no kids in the crowd and I’m sure most of the ADULTS that come curse or listen to songs that do. It’s the same crowd from BH so nothing new. Just not a vibe, only will come to hear FC when they play otherwise catch me anywhere else.
