It’s nice to have an Asian /Fusion option in this area, so appreciate that aspect.
I can’t say, however, that the food was good (pad thai bland and too sweet), or the service (friendly staff but dishes never bussed, never checked in yet brought check when we might have ordered more, etc).
The sushi was sub-par and really overpriced. That being said, you can’t really find decent sushi for probably 100 miles (Green Bay) so it’s kind of the only option.
I have had the lunch specials before and that’s probably the best option, otherwise I’ll pass until I get to a large enough city where Asian options are more plentiful and flavorful.

This is how General Tso and other dishes are supposed to be made! The General Tso beef was perfect. Breaded perfectly with a subtle crunch and much more flavorful and genuine sauce. You cannot liken this to the over-breaded mush you play “Where’s the Meat?” with at a Chinese buffet. It was perfect. 3 of us got 3 different types of Pho and if you like Pho, I bet it’s great. I think we just found out we don’t like Pho. The fried rice and, soup, and other disbes were also amazing. I think we come back often to just try all the things we haven’t ever had and figure out what all we like. Definitely returning to try the sushi.
Staff was extremely polite, even after realizing we didn’t take the Pho lol. Just overall a great experience.

Fantastic food, vibe and service! Not overcrowded, unlike other restaurants in town. Huge portions, nice decorations and plenty of parking. We enjoyed our dinner a lot.

I was in the UP visiting a friend who just moved to Iron Mountain. He recommended the Thai Bistro. We had a very nice meal. The food was good but not great. Servers were very nice. The food was served fresh and we didn’t have to wait long. We will definitely be going back when we visit again.

The food and absolutely amazing. We had mongolian beef, General Tso chicken, beef stir fry, pork fried rice, Duck Pho, mountain rolls, sticky rice, spring rolls and crab rangoons. I had the Thai iced tea which was really yummy. I was excited to try 151 Thai Bistro and was definitely not disappointed. Ansley (if spelled correctly) was our waitress and a delight. For sure coming back and telling all my friends. Thank you for an amazing experience ❤️

I am so glad that I found this place! Very extensive authentic Thai menu. I am a curry addict and there were more varieties of curries than I have seen in many bigger city Thai restaurants. I always order the hottest level, they do customize and answer questions about your preferred spiciness, and I found it to be not that hot but still so flavorful. I ordered the Red, Green & Yellow curries and was very impressed with the differences between the sauces and veggies in the sauces. It was obvious alot of care went in to creating these recipes. I am excited to try some of the other curries and the signature dishes. Do yourself a favor and try this restaurant. There is something for everyone and it is fresh, flavorful and as spicy(or not) as you request. The waitress was so helpful and kind-she was confused about why I wanted 3 dishes…I tried to explain that I live more than 1 hour away and wanted leftovers!

The food and service is always amazing. Most definitely the best sushi in Iron Mountain. The food makes your tummy feel light and happy, not filled with the usual American food gunkiness. The atmosphere whenever I go there is always quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend!!

The food is really good and the service was fantastic. It was not busy when we went because it was an odd time, but my wife and I had been in the area for other reasons that day. We will be returning again and again.
