Delicious meal! Great service! Ni e atmosphere! I had the moqueca which was a 1st for me(Brazilian fish stew) absolutely delicious. My wife had a house salad which was giant along with some risotto and we shared an order of fresh bread which was warm and terrific! Good alcohol menu but we didn’t try any drinks.

My wife and I ate here recently and had one of our most memorable meals in the past year. The panko encrusted tomahawk pork chop was a hit, so was the roasted kale salad, and the steak frites. Everything was great. My only constructive feedback would be for the crème brûlée, simply because it was paper thin, and sitting in the back can be a little dim with the few lights. But the food is excellent and we will be back. Thank you!

I came for the chowder but it was not on the menu the day I visited, so I went with the scallop risotto with mushroom and bacon. The presentation was awesome, the scallops were plump and tender, but unfortunately the whole dish (minus the scallops) turned out waaaayyyyyyy too salty. At first I thought it was due to the bacon bits, but even without the bacon the risotto was still salty so I think whoever prepared the rice didn’t do taste tasting before serving…
The dessert of the day (triple berry tart) was alright, it was served warm with whipped cream on top. I think there were apple slices in it because it had something crunchy in the filling, which I thought was a nice surprise.
If I were in a group and ordered a huge meal, I would have asked to make the risotto again. (I came alone and one hour before closing, so I felt a bit self conscious). Would love to come back for the chowder. But that would be about it.

Very small place so make reservations
Food was good but not bursting with flavors. A mussel or two tasted odd. Crab cakes were just okay. I wouldn’t say it wasn’t a good meal but on an average of what was expected I’d give it a 4 for food and a 5 for service.

Great Mediterranean food. Especially loved the grilled eggplant with lentils. The warm sauteed kale salad was great too. Staff was attentive regarding dietary restrictions.

We ate here during our recent vacation. The food was absolutely amazing. One of the best meals I’ve had – the steak was perfect. Salad was simple but fresh and delicious, and the mashed potatoes were super fluffy and flavorful. Our service was also great – just the right amount of attentiveness.

We were great fans of Cafe Miranda that occupied this location for my years. This was our first time at 13 Oaks. The Sweater Weather cocktail was great. The food was excellent. It is a small location and gets quite noisy when full. Anyone who regularly went to Cafe Miranda would not be surprised.

A small, intimate restaurant. Make reservations. Started with the roasted feta—delicious! Had the specials: Salmon on a mascarpone-potato patty (crispy outside) atop a tomato-goulash—excellent! Husband had the filet—loved it. Finished off with chocolate ganache cake with berries and cream.
