Our vision here at 12 West Brewing Co. – Downtown Mesa is to introduce our guests and the community to a laid back and enjoyable brew pub with its own kitchen, two separate bars that serve our locally brewed craft beer and a full cocktail bar in the main dining. In addition, we have a two story patio and our brand new underground bar, The Cellar, that offers live entertainment, pool tables, a full bar and small plates. 12 West is the best brewery on Main Street. In fact, 12 West is the best brewery in Mesa. From the rustic, brick and mortar warehouse atmosphere, to the friendly and anticipatory staff, to the amazing food and drinks. This place has it all for anyone looking to enjoy a night out. Great place! Company function down in the cellar. The food was delicious and fresh, the bartender and others were VERY friendly, accommodating, and experienced. It’s dim down there with inviting low light lamps, couches, and very cozy! Parking was free in a lot near by. Overall GREAT place!

We really enjoyed our dinner! They were very accommodating to our vegan preferences. I would love a few more options, especially vegan Pita with the hummus, which is labeled vegan on the online menu….Remember, non-vegans can eat vegan options too!

We were in the area for a graduation and decided to try it out for a quick lunch. I AM SO GLAD WE DID. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was amazing, and the staff was amazing. We will indeed be back again!!
I got the whipped ricotta… I never knew ricotta could taste so amazing. We also got the corn and corn chips… something EVERYONE should try. And, my main meal was the grilled fish tacos. They were AMAZING and full of flavor. I highly recommend getting the fries with the tacos. The fries were very well seasoned!

After coming back to Arizona, after a few years away, I was excited to see all of the great new restaurants in downtown Mesa. 12 West Brewing was highly recommended online, the atmosphere was nice and open with great architectural interest. Our server Brie was great and made sure to let the chef know I had an allergy to cilantro (I know, I know, it sucks) and the Chef, Philippe, came out to talk to me and make sure anything I was getting would be safe, he even came back out mid meal to make sure everything came out good and spent time telling us about the flavor profiles of the sauces and brought out salsas for my friend to try. Food and drinks were amazing and service was exceptional.

OK, I’m gonna gush. We had a really rough food day while traveling. We walked the whole length of the strip up and down in Mesa. Stumbled into this place, not knowing what to expect and just being starved and wishing we could get something good to eat. Man. We got so lucky. The service was great. The beer was great. The ambience was comfortable and welcoming. Our waitress Brie, A+++ and Chad, the manager was very cool and we chatted and felt so relieved and happy. Five stars for top-notch food homemade coleslaw homemade Chimichurry pride in their food. I’m just really overall A+ experience.

We had a great experience at 12 West Brewing in downtown Mesa. We wanted to try somewhere new and support downtown Mesa as it’s growing and expanding.
This brewery had a really fun atmosphere from the exterior patio on the street, to the upstairs patio area that Included dart boards. There is an interior upstairs room that has paddle board and even a basement downstairs. It’s a great location with many things to do.
The food and service was great as well. We highly recommend the chicken wings, the fettuccine Alfredo and the pretzel. The chicken wings were sooo good, juicy, and the buffalo sauce had a great flavor.
They have kids meals that include grilled cheese, cheeseburgers and chicken poppers.
They are a vast brewery with many craft beers. (I don’t drink so I can’t recommend any). The couple next to us was drinking the zona beer and said it was very good.

I have wanted to check this joint out for a while and I sure am glad I did. The atmosphere is phenomenal and so upbeat! They had live music and the floor layout is so cool. TV’s for the game and unique second story seating. The food, the service and the portions were on point. The Buffalo mac was insane! Give this place a visit! If you have been wanting to try them out, this is your sign to go for it!
