Super delicious. Huge portions. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich – it was big, messy and very, very tasty. Waffle fries were really good.
Staff was attentive. Restaurant was clean with plenty of seating. This location is about 1 minute away from the TOCA soccer/baseball fields and they have lots of space. You order for yourself at the counter and they call out your name when your food is ready. Wait staff does not come to your table and take orders – just making sure you know. Ample parking in the back. TV’s up on the walls showing sports and youtube fail videos, which was quite funny.
Would very happily visit again. Delicious.

Upon walking into 11/11, I made direct eye contact with the employee at the register twice. As I approached the counter, he abruptly walked away without acknowledging me. Shortly after, the shift manager assisted me. For whatever reason, she was impatient and rude. It became increasingly apparent the staff had no desire to be there. After I received my wife and I’s order, all 3 employees went to a back area and weren’t seen again.
All of the food was rushed and over salted. The burger had a funky taste, as if the meat was possibly dated. The mozzarella sticks were rubbery and undercooked. The chicken sandwich was sizable, but decent tasting at best. The waffle fries were standard. Of the three shakes we tried, the Oreo shake was the only good one. Both the s’mores and strawberry shakes had way too much syrup in them. Frankly, the s’mores shake didn’t even taste like s’mores.
When you’re in a restaurant during prime, weekend hours and nobody is there, it’s a very telling sign. Not only were we totally unimpressed by the staff, but the food was some of the worst we’ve had in a while, too. I hope it’s just this location that has these issues, as there are multiple in southeast Michigan. As for this one in Wixom specifically, I definitely recommend avoiding it.

This was a mixed experience. This location is brand new and super clean. However, the music at the cashier was very loud and the employee that took my order needed a lot of training. I had so much trouble to place my order which was very simple, burger combo and chicken nuggets. They gave me a lot of fries with the nuggets and a lot of fries with the burger. Nuggets were very over price, felt like half the price was just fries. The burger bun was good but very heavy, also the meat patty was missing more flavor. I paid about 23 dollars in total, which in my opinion was very over priced for what I got. If I return to give it a second chance I will only get a burger combo. Do not recomment the Feta Burger
Suggestion for the owner and chef: (1) improve your burgers, more mayo, more cheese, those buns are too chewy and heavy, soften with butter and more mayo on both sides; (2) the nuggets need more flavor, marinate or brine your chicken longer, better thicker dipping sauces; (3) Make your menu more flexible, feels like your way or the highway, I want to choose my items separate without paying a huge bill.

Fantastic food and great service. Best chicken sandwich you will ever have. Best whole wings you will ever have. Criss Cross fries piping hot and delicious. Great salads and sides!
Located in downtown wixom. Plenty of parking, nice window views and easy access from Michigan’s airline bike trail. Manager Ervin runs a tight ship, restaurant is spotlessly clean, orders come up right away and cooked perfectly every time.
Servers are always friendly, nice, and will accurately fill your order with a smile. Great food no matter what you order, never had a bad dish here also don’t forget to try their pot pies and their dessert items.

For a brand new establishment serving burgers on non-traditional buns, 11/11 is worth trying! With a price of ~10$ a burger, the only criticism I have is about the lack of sear on the patties, and a lot more lettuce than expected. The cook Diego seemed to be new but he was doing fantastic for the lunchtime rush! The standout with my first experience here was the french fries, perfectly salted and crispy!

Take a look for yourself. See attached video. I ordered a Big Luc Burger and a Big Luc Chicken Sandwich. The strawberry milkshake was free after 5pm if you order a combo. Those are some very nice-looking sandwiches and taste just as good as they look. I highly recommend 11/11 Crispy Burgers and Chicken to any and everyone! Delicious!

My daughter and I decided to try this place out. I would say better than a fast food chain but not in the area I would say amazing. It was a bit cold for my daughter in the establishment. I would say try it out for yourself and see what you think.. January 2025 tried the fried chicken meal. Mashed potatoes taste like watered down instant and the gravy I would never get again. The chicken is juicy but has no flavor. So at least it was not bad. The oil also seemed a little old. All in all I would say blah. I won’t do the chicken again personally.

This place was formally 7-11. Very nice, first burger restaurant that has a conference type room for large and/or private parties. Their burger are quite large ( Wimpy Burgers). Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have joke (mean that in a good way). I do recommend.

1: Food was great! Excellent crunch on both the chicken and the onion rings. The seasoning and flavor was also phenomenal. Way better than some chain like KFC.
2: The restaurant was SPOTLESS! I haven’t walked into a restaurant this clean in ages. They have an open concept, meaning you can see right into the kitchen, and they have nothing to hide. The fry oil looked fresh, the stainless steel stoves were shining, and all the workspaces were tidy and ready for an order.
I was really impressed by the Food and the way they keep themselves. I will be happy to come back 🙂
