We were looking for a quick date night and did the usual “where do you want to go?” back-and-forth until we landed on this spot. The reviews were strong, so we decided to give it a shot—and it absolutely lived up to them.
The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, full of flavor, and the veggies were perfectly cooked—nice and crispy. Our server, Sergio, was super friendly and made the experience even better. The food came out quick and price to value/enjoyment ratio was there for us!
Definitely adding this place to our regular rotation.

We had a fantastic experience at 107 Taste Chinese Restaurant FIU! We came in as a large group of 9, including young kids, and our waitress, Bing, took exceptional care of us from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive and patient, made sure everyone felt comfortable, and somehow kept everything running smoothly despite the size of our group. The food also came out impressively fast, which was a huge plus with kids at the table.
The black pepper yaki udon noodles were absolutely tender, packed with flavor, and a great vegetarian option. The tonkotsu ramen was outstanding—the broth was rich and full of depth, and the pork belly was perfectly tender. The kids’ chicken noodles were a total hit and disappeared quickly.
We also loved the appetizers—the spicy edamame had just the right kick, and the steamed gyoza were cooked to perfection.
Great food, excellent service, and a very welcoming experience for families.

Wow just amazing. I’m not used to eating this type of food HOWEVER…I gotta give it to them…everything tastes so good. I recommend the MAMA rice and the octopus starter. You won’t regret it. Sergio was our server and he was so nice and polite. Making the experience very satisfactory. 100% recommended

We ordered the Octopus Takoyaki, Blue Crab Rangoon, and Chicken Steamed Dumplings, followed by Cantonese Mei Fun (one chicken and one steak) and Pad Thai noodles. Everything was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced.
As a nice surprise, we were offered complimentary Thai donuts for leaving a Google review, which was a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, our waiter, Sergio, was outstanding; he took the time to explain the menu, made great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back for future occasions.

Had a great experience at 107 Taste! I ordered the Noodles on Fire, and the spice level was absolutely perfect—just the right amount of heat without overpowering the flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned.

I had an amazing experience at 107 Taste! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. What really made the night stand out was our waiter, Bing. She was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and gave great recommendations that we ended up loving. Her service made the meal feel extra special. Really enjoyed this spot! The place feels comfortable and welcoming, perfect to sit and relax while eating. Service was super friendly and quick, and the food was honestly better than expected. Even the plain white rice was good, which tells you everything else is on point too. Portions were just right, flavors were fresh, and overall it was a really pleasant surprise. Definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m around FIU

First time coming, the place is so cute and clean. Perfect for a quick bite to eat or to meet up with friends. Bing was so attentive and sweet. The food was delicious , very fast and fresh.
