I’m a world traveler, traveled all over the world trying different teas and shakes the best place hands down is located in Sherwood Arkansas. Nicole and her crew are the best in the business you will always get consistently in what you order know matter who’s making your order. They have shakes, teas, bowls and muffins. If you don’t live in Sherwood it’s definitely worth the drive. They are open 7 days a week for a boost of energy to get through the day or a meal replacement to last you to your next meal.

The ladies here were incredibly welcoming and informative, making me feel right at home. Their knowledge and helpfulness truly stood out, turning my visit into a positive experience. I love the positive stickers on the cups as well it helps you to remember to set a positive tone for the day !
