Perfect local dive & grill. Daily specials are worth the week long wait. Here is a menu from June of 2025. Stop by sometime! Great place for a Chicago traveler headed back to his 217 roots. I’ll definitely be back. Family place with grandma cooking, kids keeping busy, & nice folk belly up. Worth the 4 minutes off 57.

What a cute little spot to stop in on the way back to Chicago! It’s about a 6 minute drive off of the 57 and was perfect to grab a quick bite. The very sweet and attentive bartender made me feel right at home and the food was the best bar food I’d had in a long time. Great prices, plenty of seating and parking. Least professional bar tender I’ve ever seen. Almost no one who left could walk let alone drive. She made a joke of people while pouring their drinks heavy to give more fodder. This was a cute place. It’s a shame what it’s turned into . If I was a cop on Jesse’s shifts, I’d Just sit in the parking lot

If you want some comfort food that hits the soul just right come here. The people are so nice. The food is absolutely delicious, and they have a nice variety of drinks. If you go in when Teri is cooking you are sure to leave satisfied. These people know what they’re doing. If you go in on Wednesday they make some of the best country fried steak and mashed potatoes I have ever eaten. 10/10 would most definitely recommend!

Veterans day , wasnt even offered veterans day discount.
$79 for 3 meals (1 ribeye, potatoes, salad bar $30) ( 2 chicken dinners $35) ( 5 beers $15). $20 dollar tip given.
Walked in never greeted, had to ask where to set for dinner, was informed anywhere and the comedy show was canceled due to not enough interest. But according to owners you are always welcomed!
Staff not friendly , unless you a local or known.
Restrooms dirty.
Got the bill put $20 and a credit card to pay , Waitress picked it up, returned with signature slip and credit card. Waitress assumed $20 bill was hers. Lol
Such arrogance.
FOOD is the only thing that saved 3 stars.
Not worth the drive , but that’s what we get to assume.

Did my granddaughter 3rd birthday party. We ordered pizza for the kids and adults. Food was hot and made to order.

The 103 has got to be the best kept, secret in the county. The atmosphere is attractive. The staff and owners are awesome. It is always very clean and the air is comfortable unlike some places that turn the air down, and it gets way too hot! They have great food anytime. If they are open you can eat. The prices are very low for huge portions and awesome food (the pizza is the best in town).
I was in there last week and watched the slots pay out thousands of dollars. Not sure how much, but it was a lot of Benjamin’s….lol! The drinks are not too expensive and strong too! They have bands play on most weekends, pool tables, slots, and good music! I love it there. Best up-and-coming entertainment around!!! Oh, I almost forgot, and they serve all three meals I believe every day and pie too! Check it out, the new owners are committed to serving good food, good luck, strong drinks, and a great time!

Nice small town bar bar with great food and friendly service. The have daily food specials as well as your traditional bar food. The hand dipped onion rings are one of my favorites.

This is one of our favorite bars to hang out at. You have a small town vibe with a welcoming atmosphere. They have specials everyday and don’t forget the pizza. The pizza is fantastic. Need to rent a room for a party? They have two back rooms for rent… just ask.

Would loved to had put a pic of our pizza but it looked so good we could take the time for one. It looked and smelled delicious. One of my new places for pizza. We should of just went there for dinner instead of the terrible place we were at before. Again thank you, you put our night back on track with the pizza alone. But star wise, I’m only giving this 4 stars cause the 1 an only drink I had that night (I was the DD) tasted really good and it made my ice waters after that just not do it for me. But yes do go if only for carry out, it’s also great cold. So just think how it would be hot and fresh. We just had sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese, and the deluxe. Looks – A+, Smell – A+, Taste – A++. Do go and check it out.
