We were here on a busy evening before Christmas. Our server was pretty slammed but still did a nice job. We got the focaccia bread with ricotta (very tasty!), the sesame tuna bowl (good, very spicy at the end with all the sauce at the bottom), burger and fries (well made, tasty), sides of gnocchi and green beans, and the steak with green beans and potato croquettes. The steak was SO GOOD. The sauce was fantastic, the onions were perfect, the green beans were tender and the potatoes were incredible. Get that! I will dream of that meal.

UPDATE: We returned to this location after an initially great experience, but this visit was not so good, so I revised the rating down. The original post remains below. Be warned of a significant consistency concern.

I ordered the exact same meal, the chicken casado bowl, which had been beautifully plated and tasted great the first time. This visit the ingredients were thrown together, the plantain were burnt, and there was a huge amount of red onion that covered the dish, whereas the original meal had an accent with the tomatoes. The original also had fresh avocado, whereas this time there was a tiny teaspoon bit of mash. It’s almost like someone intentionally sabotaged the dish. It wasn’t good and I don’t believe we’ll risk going back to this restaurant.

ORIGINAL POST: About a year ago we were at another location and didn’t have a great experience, but we tried this one and were pleasantly surprised. The menu has been updated. I tried the Casado bowl with grilled chicken and it was delicious. It had a Latin twist with perfectly prepared plantain, black beans, turmeric rice and avocado. The service was great. We recommend.

They recently changed their menu… and for the better. Food is really good now. Recommend getting the tater tots! They are homemade and very good. For is much better than the last time we were here.

It was ok food. I had a burger but it wasn’t grilled it was fried and some kind of weird texture pasta salad with too many onions in it…no A-1 sauce…it was way to classy of a place for a ole country boy like me…others may love the place but it was just not for me…I wont be returning

I get rustic is cliche, and its a chain, but they hit the mark. Tami was amazing. She was juggling a couple of 6 plus tops but still had time for our service.

It was packed, and I would recommend a reservation.

Pretzels were hot and fresh.

The beet salad was amazing. Cheddar ale soup was great on a snowy evening. The added bacon was a bit over the top on saltiness, though.

The 101 Burger was a wonderful med rare, and the gnocchi was fabulous.

I would not recommend the potato pancake algamation. It just didn’t work. Salt and Vingar chips with the fresh dip was a nice touch.

A very fulfilling dinner!

I’ve been here a couple of times. The food has always been delish. My sister made an interesting comment when she first looked at the menu. She asked, “Is this one of those restaurants that puts an odd random ingredient in every dish to appear more hip than it is?”

Honestly, they might be guilty of this. But, the food is still really good. I ordered their pigs in a blanket app and the Irish skillet from their brunch menu.

The pigs in a blanket were a hit. They had a ton of flavor and had a slight and subtle heat to them. The sauce they put on them is fantastic. Can’t go wrong with this appetizer.

The Irish skillet was not what I was expecting. I don’t know why, but I was expecting something similar to a shepherd’s pie. Not the case.

This dish was interesting. When I first looked at it I was slightly disappointed, as it was not what I was expecting. But I was won over by the flavor. The greens were fresh and everything was cooked perfectly. Again, the sauce was amazing.

Also, I tried a fried plantain my brother-in-law ordered. They were fantastic.

All in all, this has been a great experience every time I’ve visited. And I plan on visiting again.

This restaurant has consistently gone downhill in recent times. The chef makes everything half ass and gives the servers an attitude when they ask on behalf of a guest to correct the problem. Multiple dishes. Multiple problems. Personally will never go back or order from them again. I’ve seen Thai place when they were great. They are not anymore. Lacks consistency all around. Don’t know what I’m going to get. Buyer beware.

We arrived after 8pm, but were treated great, not like it was an hour from closing. We had lemon chicken and tuna on soba noodles and both were delicious. Would definitely go back again.

I tried the wings and the pretzel. I didn’t care for the wings, but, only because they didn’t have a sauce.
The wings, in general were cooked well and tasted right.

I did like the dipping sauce/spread that came with the pretzels.

They had a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, I did not try any.

I do recommend giving them a try, the service was excellent and they offer a unique variety of flavors.

This restaurant has a seasonal menu, so what I ordered specifically may not be relevant, but the food was delicious! Everything was cooked nicely and seasoned well. My partner ordered a grilled cheese and soup which both took an interesting approach to a classic. I had the Caesar salad with chicken, another classic, and my chicken was cooked perfectly and the salad was crisp and fresh. Given the quality of the plates, I thought the meals were priced fairly as well. I would definitely return!
