The best pizza place! The staff was very friendly and attentive. You get to build your own pizza from sauce all the way to the meat and veggies. The wings were good too and the sauces didn’t feel watered-down. I recommend pizza + wing combo! Will be back for sure when I get cravings for fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza.

The pizza was very salty. Almost as if someone put a heaping hand full of salt on the top of it after it was done. The bottom was burnt! Left a terrible taste in my mouth. Like I smoked a cigarette or something. I have to say that was the worst pizza I ever had. I had high expectations because the place is nice and the ppl seem nice too. I did call and let them know. They were super nice about it and asked for my name and number, but I declined. I doubt I’ll eat there again. Sad because they’re right next to my house. If only they cleaned the oven and didn’t put salt on the pizza. They might have a decent pie. Look at how burnt that pie is on the bottom. Yuck!

1000 Degrees on Greenhouse & Park Row did a great job facilitating a team lunch for 10 people with diverse dietary needs. We had one person with gluten allergy and another that was vegan. Menu had something for everyone and our pizza was hot and ready for our event.

I understand that I ate the pizza, but it was 7 PM, and we were tired. My family ordered three pizzas last night, and unfortunately, they were all burnt. I know they use a fire grill stone, but the pizzas turned out as hard as a rock. I have been to the location in Katy many times, but this store on Greenhouse makes me hesitant to buy another pizza from them. I paid a total of $50, and I would really like a refund. This was my first time at this store, and I may never come back. I will be speaking to the manager about this issue.

I went to the location today with my confirmation email that my pizza will be ready. Nobody was there, but the store had all the lights on and the storage room was open with chairs still in place. Do not go to this place. This is plain robbery. The website says it’s open till 8:30pm today.

Good good bad experience! When I arrived, I ordered my pizza and paid for it. Then they brought it to me and told me they were closed and you had to eat it outside. So I asked, “Why didn’t you tell me you were closed when I paid?” and very rudely he said, “I don’t care, get out.”

I got a fantastic pizza there yesterday. I really mixed it up with meat and other toppings. The person making the pizza for me didn’t mind at all my quirky requests for the ingredients.
