I love 100 Montaditos! The food is always fresh and delicious. The person at the register is very polite and helpful, making the ordering process easy every time. The staff who prepare and hand out the food are always smiling and make sure everything is perfect. You can tell they truly care about their customers and provide outstanding customer service.

Nice place with a fun and relaxed vibe at 100 Montaditos in London Square, Kendall. We tried the Temptation Special with 10 mini sandwiches (montaditos) and really liked the concept, small enough to try different flavors but still satisfying and easy to share. The bread was fresh, and the fries were crispy and tasty. You order and pay at the counter, then pick up your food when they call your name, so it’s quick and casual. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the place felt clean and inviting. A great spot to enjoy something different with friends or family.

I am writing this review to document a serious food safety issue and the restaurant’s failure to adequately resolve it. On July 22, 2025, I ordered a flan via Uber Eats from the 100 Montaditos West Kendall location.
Upon delivery, the flan had visible mold growth (photos attached). I immediately disposed of the entire order to protect my health.
I contacted management, who initially apologized and promised a full refund and compensation. After multiple follow-ups and a conversation with a manager named Lidia and Eva (Marketing and Communications Director), they again agreed to a refund and an a small gift card for the establishment. However, weeks later, I have not received any refund or compensation.
While I was initially a loyal customer, this experience—especially the lack of follow-through on their promises—has completely broken my trust. Mold in food is a severe health code violation, and the failure to take responsibility is unacceptable.
I strongly advise caution when ordering from this location. I have been forced to file a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Health due to their negligence.

Very delicious sandwiches and amazing service. I guess in my first order I said the wrong number and got a sandwich I didn’t want but when I asked the server to change, she did it happily and the second sandwich came so quick! I think I’m gonna come every week to try every single sandwich because they’re small enough to have like three at a time. I’m ready for it!!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for months, and I’m so glad I finally did because Zulais truly deserves the recognition. At 100 Montaditos in Kendall, the food is always tasty, the sandwiches are fresh and flavorful, and the salads are consistently great.
What makes the experience even better is the service. Zulais, who takes the orders and serves the drinks, always greets everyone with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. Her positivity truly brightens the place, and I’m sure many customers appreciate it as much as I do. The rest of the team is also welcoming and efficient, helping create a great overall atmosphere.
Between the delicious food and the excellent service from Zulais and the whole team, this restaurant has become one of my favorites for a fast food. Thank you, Zulais, and thanks to the entire team for making every visit enjoyable!

I frequent this restaurant at least once a month. The food and drink deals are amazing and the staff really goes above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. There is a great variety of fresh food and the atmosphere lends itself to outings with friends. Definitely recommend you visit.

This review is for a takeout order.Open modetn dining room with a full service bar .Very modern feeling. Grabbed some Montaditos (tapas sandwiches)and a side of olives.. Some better than others. My favorite would be the Iberico ham ,the shrimp ,and turkey with goat cheese. Least favorite was the tuna and calamari. I would definitely try him again. Maybe something different next time
