This was my first time eating here. My grandson told me about it. I got the chicken, steak and shrimp bowl with fried rice ! It was delicious! The chicken was moist and flavorful and so was the steak and shrimp. I the people were friendly.

Great food! They mixed up my order though and I’m allergic to shellfish. They served me shrimp instead of chicken. So then I had to pay them another $3 (even though it was their mistake) as I had ordered chicken. Aside from that, the staff was nice enough. Again, once I did get my order, the food was great. Cute place on the inside. Seating available. Can also order for pick up.

Not worth the $ for dinner. Expensive and the rice was somehow mushy and crunchy at the same time. Paid $46 for two hibachi dinners (only the entree included) and a basic sushi roll (5 pieces). This location is self serve and you eat out of the to-go containers, which wasn’t an issue for us. There are plenty of other hibachi restaurants in the area though that are better quality.

New hibachi restaurant in the area where the flavors are bold and the portions are worth the money! Fresh food cook to order just wish this gem wasn’t hidden away. Spread the word. Amazing food and menu has plenty of options. Clean establishment!

Loved the food. The customer service not so much. Came at 8:20 and was told they close at 8:45 on Sunday, when the door says 9pm. Felt very rushed to eat my food because they want you out at 8:45 not 9pm like google hours say. As soon as I left at 8:45 the girl locked the doors. Also this location doesn’t have import drinks like the one in Hixson for some reason. At this location it is self serve utensils and chop sticks too. They have a thing of water with ice for free. Decorations in the restaurant are sooo cute!! ❤️ The bathroom looked like no one had checked on it in a while w an empty toilet paper on the dispenser. Loved the food, but not sure I would go again at night near “closing.”

As a Yamada, I love great Asian food and 100 is good but not great. The food is served in ToGo containers even though we dined in. The chicken was tough and the veges were soggy. The silverware is tiny, plastic dinnerware that bends and is very difficult to use. I use chopsticks and they were great quality but nothing else was. If you are in a bind and need some decent to go food, this is okay but it’s not a great dining experience and the food is three stars at best. For me, Kumo Hibachi is way better in every aspect even though 100 is closer to my home.

Middle of the week, hump day. I needed something to get through the week. Sustenance. Delicious. Something out of the ordinary.
While I have driven by this location for the past few months, this was my first time stopping.
Chris showed me the point of display system where my wife and I easily ordered our lunches. Greeting customers and operating as host, Chris answered all our questions and we ordered.
I had the Hibachi lunch w extra chicken. There is not photo as I ate it all quickly. It was a really large serving and I struggled to finish it. (I am 6’2” and 220.) my wife had the lunch sushi.
What can you expect from this restaurant? Food that looks and tastes better than you expected. Friendly ownership. Reasonable prices (combined $25). And a unique atmosphere.
In a world that is moving too quickly and full of noise—100 is an awesome oasis. Excellent food. Excellent atmosphere. And you can order, eat and leave in far less than an hour.
Give it a go, you will not be disappointed,

I ordered hibachi shrimp. The shrimp must have been grilled because they were crunchy. They were not fried. They were also overcooked. No fountain drinks available. For the cost of the meal, and the fact that this is a chain, they can do better. The atmosphere had no energy. Not worth the money.

First time dining in was Ooltewah location the food & service is superb! They serve your food & drink. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately Second time dining in by east Brainerd not so good.
I eat in but the food is on to go container.?!? Everything is self serve didn’t bother me.
But weird that your food dining in is to go container. I had shrimp hibachi. It was ok. The shrimps were a little overcooked and tough. The rice I choose hibachi rice was so mushy. Not a fan of mushy rice. Maybe it would have been better if it was on a plate like you normally get for dine in. The only food I I enjoyed was the ginger salad. Everything else big NO! I probably won’t come back. Sorry but not sorry.
Someone says kumo is better?!? I COMPLETELY AGREE

Great place for sushi. Solid prices and unique rolls. The $10 lunch combo was great! I got the Alaska Roll and the Boston Roll. Both were great but Boston was my favorite with the steamed shrimp. The miso soup was one of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back and try more things.
