The food was hot and freshly made. Some plates are served on a metal pan (shown in one of the pictures), and some were served on paper plates(also shown in the picture), but I didn’t mind. The staff was very helpful explaining the difference in plates and very even on sharing some of their recommendations. I Loved the beans they were so good!!

I was heading to pick up my favorite gorditas at Doña Lula, when I came across this place, saw on their window “entomatadas” – immediately decided I was craving that instead. Decided to give it a shot and try it…
I was not only disappointed but absolutely disgusted.
The rice is without a doubt instant, I would go as far as saying Ben’s Ready Rice is 10 times better.
The potatoes tasted like at one point, probably early in the week they might have been fresh.. today, very likely just microwaved. They were stale and flavorless.
The entomatadas… I am CERTAIN, they opened the bottle of premade entomatada sauce and literally poured it on warm tortillas. I can’t even explain how disgusting they truly were.
Paid $28.
Gave them back their food, told them what happened, they offered a refund which I kindly declined because it was my choice to eat there and take a chance on them.
Walked over to my gordita spot and has the best meal for only $17.
Save your money, don’t try this place.

Visiting from East Texas and thinking this would be the place to show real Mexican food. BUT the food was dry. I got the red enchiladas with chicken with rice and fried beans. The tortilla was falling apart and the rice wasn’t cook throughly because it was hard. The only thing good about the place was the charros beans and the red salsa.

(This goes to all of their restaurants) The food is great but i always have trouble with the cashiers and idky they’re so stingy about the salsas. I buy two orders and they still decide to give me one of each(red & green). Why? Why not give us two each? Pretty annoying

My family loves this place. The customer service is great and so is the food. This is a message to the owners. It’s Sunday people go and eat like a lot of people. You should put more people to help take orders because 1 cook and 1 cashier (who was very nice and apologetic for the wait) will not be enough.
