In general food is good; however, tonight with ordering, I was placed on hold twice. Said our food would be delivered in 45-50 minutes… took 1 hr & 10 minutes. Food was cold, no sauce on steak sandwich and the tiniest wings I have ever seen in my life. $13 for 10, tiny wings! C’mon 10 West… please do better!

We love 10 West. We eat in from time to time and order delivery on pretty much a weekly basis. We’ve tried lots of menu items and enjoy them all. The ricotta pizzas are fabulous and the buffalo chicken fries are a house hold favorite.
Food is usually fast and service is ALWAYS friendly.
They’ve done several fund raisers for CW or associated sports clubs and it seems like they really try to support the community.
Highly recommend.

This pizza shop is located in Wernersville where the old A&M Pizza Ship was right in front of the railroad tracks off of 422.
The food was excellent.
There is a stone parking lot, but there is plenty of parking.
There is a small seating area with booths.
They have both bottled and fountain coke products.
All sandwiches are one size along with the appetizers and salads. They offer catering and delivery.
There is no handicap parking available a wheelchair ramp or handicap friendly restroom.
They do a lot of take-out and delivery orders.
I ordered an Italian Sandwich and my friend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak with Ranch dressing and we had Fries.
The service was quick and friendly. The hot foods were really hot and the sandwiches are on homemade rolls.

This is literally the best pizza I have ever had, anywhere.
Guy who made it was friendly as well. All four of us enjoyed our food, price wasn’t bad either.

Received their pamphlet in our mailbox and decided to give them a chance tonight. Was told 45 minutes…called after an hour and was told it was on the way…called after an hour and a half and determined they delivered to the wrong address. Not the best first impression, but quite possibly the last impression. Only offer was to remake our order and get it out…like I had another hour and a half to wait…wish I could add a photo…but I don’t even have food to take a photo of…

So after seeing all the hype and great reviews it became time to try for ourselves. So does the new Pizzeria in town live up to all these 5 Star reviews? The answer is YES it really does. So why did I only give 4 Stars? Well we ordered a variety as seen in the pics: 18″ NY Style Pizza, 10 West Special Pizza, Personal Calzone and a Large Italian Sub. Being a native NY’er the Pizzas were excellent. The sauce on the NY Style had a great well seasoned sweet flavor on a thin crispy crust, the 10 West Special was uniquely flavored that included pesto & pepperoni and it worked deliciously, the Personal Calzone was huge, well cooked and yummy and lastly the Large Italian Sub is where the star was lost. It seemed to be too much bread to meats and can use some fine tuning. It still tasted good, but with the flat lack of meat I had to drop a star. ⭐We will definitely order again !! Welcome to town!!⭐

It’s got a fancy name, but this ain’t no fancy feast. There’s better pizza in the frozen aisle at Redner’s. Hoagie had way too much bread-to-meat ratio. Salad was lively and had a lot of character, but the lettuce was weak. Also they forgot my dressing. Just a slap in the face, how quickly I was replaced. Any Alanis fans out there? She’d pass on this place.
Will 10 West get its act together? Only time will tell. Perhaps one day they will be Alanis worthy.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Delivery service was quick, the driver was pleasant and the food was delicious! Buffalo chicken cheesesteak was IMPRESSIVE. Packed full, flavorful, with the perfect ratio of hot sauce and bleu cheese! I won’t go anywhere else for steak sandwiches! Pizza sauce was delicious, according to my hubby who made pies for 15 years! Thanks 10 West for the amazing food and great service!
