If you enjoy Thai food or have been curious about trying it definitely check them out. Even if you don’t like spicy or not that spicy don’t let that stop you they have different choices on the spicy level. I tried their soy sauce noodles (no spicy) and veggie spring rolls with a Thai sweet chili sauce (be careful when you first get them because they are so heat hot from cooking yet crispy/crunchy good that you want to eat them up) and I got a Thai coffee latte. The Thai coffee latte was delicious and I wish I took a picture of it before I took a sip because when you first get it it has a layered look that was so pretty. I also noticed on the menu towards the bottom of the menu there is pictures of the different dishes with corresponding numbers and I appreciated being able to not only read the description of the dish but also see what something might look like and the list of different kinds of protein that could be with it as well. There was vegan options and vegetarian choices too. I saw several items that I would like to try. The one’s that I got were excellent and since I ordered it to go something else I noticed was the container that the noodles were in was of nice quality not Styrofoam it was durable and didn’t spill everywhere. It closed tightly so the sauce and the noodles and everything stayed in it because sometimes when you order this style of food to go by time you get it home it’s sloshed around in the bag. You get it out of the bag and disgusting and sticky. That did not happen with this. It’s those things that really make a great impression and then you really want to go back again to see what else they have.

I got the Pineapple Curry level 2 on the spicy level which was good for me. Really was good and portion size was big. Definitely Recommend!

We just stopped by here for the first time this week on a whim and I was absolutely blown away. The staff is so kind and friendly, the inside is clean and has neat artwork, and the food was phenomenal. I got the Thai spicy pork noodle soup and it was probably the best soup I’ve ever had in my whole life. The serving was big enough for 3 meals and every time I took a bite I was still shocked how good it was. My husband had the massaman curry with tofu, which is his go-to, and he said this place did it best. The mango sticky rice was so cute and the butterfly pea flower lemonade was magical. We’ll be back for sure.

The flavors were all amazing, it was such a great traditional taste, if you want traditional Thai food, you cannot go wrong here!
Butterfly honey and Thai tea were both amazing, highly recommend the butterfly because of its amazing taste and its beautiful!
The cheese rolls sounded strange, but are well worth the try! We will be ordering two sets next time!
The pineapple fried rice had so much flavor! Not too many veggies, but definitely enough to add great variety in taste!
The Tom Yum was so so good as well, lots of flavor and variety in it.
The sweet mango with sticky rice was also super sweet and delicious!
The best part about everything was, you could pick how spicy you wanted it! We absolutely loved it, and cannot wait for an occasion to go again!

Wonderful ladies that serve delicious food. The Massuman curry is so comforting and flavorful. The staff are so warm and inviting every time, make us laugh, and are helpful with dietary restrictions. Our waitress even kept refilling our drinks after we were done eating and just talking. One of us forgot our leftovers and the waitress came running after us to our car so we didn’t forget it. Such nice people and staff!

I’ve lived in Shawnee since 2016 and somehow I’ve never stopped by this place despite knowing it was here. After a neighbor and her friend were raving about the stir fry, we knew we had to try it too. Everything was amazing!
I’ll start with the appetizers: If you’re a fan of the still-closed (as of 7/2024) Shawnee Pho then you’ll love the “Fresh Rolls” here at Saya Thai (comparable to SP’s Spring Rolls). Get extra sauce and load up!
Moving on to the main course, I went for the Garlic Stir Fry with a Spicy Level 1 because I love spicy food but not so spicy I can’t taste my food. They have a scale of 5 for theirs, and my neighbor recommended a 2.5 so my husband went for a 3 with his Crying Tiger — which is a 12oz steak. I don’t think I could handle the continuous building of spice from his, but it was absolutely fantastic! Mine was moreso flavoring than spicy, so I’ll be doing at least a 2 next time.
Desert: We don’t normally make it a habit, especially when we’re so full we have leftovers, but this place was too amazing not to. We went for the fried bananas and ice cream. I wish there was more chocolate and caramel but only because I don’t like coconut so I skipped the ice cream. The bananas are so gooey but the texture doesn’t get weird. So worth the price!
As for the service and the atmosphere, everything was great. The service was perfect and the staff was very kind. I also really loved how the place was set up and decorated. Very simple and great lighting. I’ll definitely be back before I leave for Denver this weekend, and again when I return!

Amazing amazing amazing food and service!! Restaurant was clean and well-lit. Plenty of seating options (inside seems much bigger than the outside of the building) I got broccoli stir fry with chicken and jasmine rice and my boyfriend got pad Thai with a level 2 spice. He said it was pretty spicy but it didn’t make him sweat. We also got the cheese rolls for an appetizer and they’re basically rangoons but rolled up. Soo soo good. Also multiple workers came to make sure our food was okay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!
