I went to #1 Pho on East Superior.
WORST EXPERIENCE of my life!
I walk in and the guy (apparently the manager) was laying down on the booth on his phone
No proper greeting
No one came to my table for about 5 min.
When he (The Manager) realiZed it he came himself and asked; “do you know what you want?” Dry & short just like that.
I replied; ” yes! I would like to start with an appetizer, please.”
Her walked away without offering a beverage, so I called him again and asked for an ice tea.
The server finally appeared,.
Without greeting, asked me if I was ready to order. I said I had just ordered the appetizer and I was still looking at their Pho Menu,
The appetizer came out as you see the picture.
I took the first bite. Instantly noticed something didn’t taste quite right.
Inside, a slice of pork. Smelled like old & bad meat covered in fat for the past month!
I spit everything out in my napkin. Called the server and notified him.,
He simply took my plate, walked away without saying a word.
I got up and asked the front guy (again the manager) to just let me pay for my ice tea and let me go. He said; don’t worry .. I’m thee manager And I gotcha you!

Food was good. Bring a translator for the menu. They had plastic nice chopsticks, and fancy cups! You are greeted at the door by I don’t know what. Server was very attentive but kind of awkward. Better than #2pho
