Wow! I don’t even know where to start, but I’m very upset. 12/09/25) (my first time here)
I got to the place and the atmosphere felt off cuz the music is so low but I’m like let’s just give it a chance so I sat there for quite some time and there was nobody around (workers) there were maybe 6 people besides me at the bar, finally the bartender comes over and say how are you and I answer back and then she just stares back to me like what do you want (why is she not trying to be friendly and welcoming). So I’m like can I see the menu?! And it Feels Almost like I’m bothering her But it is what it is, I continue with my business not trying to ruin my night. But then
They don’t have a drinks menu, cuz it’s an open bar. So I order a mojito and she says they don’t make mojitos and I’m like ok (that is not an open bar then) but let’s continue. I order my food and it came out without avocados and cilantro so I asked for it and come to find out they don’t have more. (It’s not even busy, plus if you run out of something you tell your guests before they place their order) She just says I’m sorry. She Not even offers me something different or try to fix the problem. So I decided to just pay and head out. (Food is expensive)
Ohh plus I ordered a margarita it was horrible. Don’t spend your money here.
To whoever is the Manager You should train her a bit on how to take care of your guest.
Side note: while I was waiting for someone to come to greet me a guest came in and asked me who was the bartender and I said I’m not sure cuz she didn’t introduced herself, so he waited until she came out of the kitchen and when he saw her he just left, what I think is that people don’t like her at all. I would put some of my attention on that.

I cannot praise 1 Fifty 1 Bar & Grill enough! This place deserves every bit of its 5-star rating, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Makayla. Her customer service is on a level I’ve never experienced before—absolutely stellar.
From the moment I walked in, Makayla’s energy and enthusiasm were infectious. Every food item she recommended was on point, perfectly complementing the delicious specialty cocktails she expertly crafted. Her margaritas, in particular, are a must-try; you won’t regret it!
The overall vibe of 1 Fifty 1 Bar & Grill is fantastic, with great food, refreshing drinks, and a lively atmosphere featuring a jukebox, TVs, darts, and a pool table. It’s Newburgh’s newest hot spot for a reason, and Makayla is a big part of that.
Whoever owns this bar needs to give Makayla a raise—she’s undoubtedly the employee of the year! This has quickly become my new favorite bar, and I’m telling all my friends to come here. Thanks to Makayla and the team for making every visit unforgettable!

Not busy, about a dozen patrons @ 5:30 Saturday, sitting at table. Bartender/waiter gets our order (easy stuff) and we wait well over a half hour. She then puts it on the bar for another couple playing pool. It sat there until it dawned on her it wasn’t their order. Again, maybe a dozen people there. By the time she figures it out, it’s cold. Minor apology. We eat, pay at the bar and she’s like “sorry about that”. I said there’s almost no one there and she smirks, finds it funny, and says “ oops”. Terrible service. Done. We’re locals. Waste of time.
