This was hands down one of the worst food orders I’ve received. I ordered two Texas burritos, a taco salad, chips, and a large tea — and the total was $65. For that price, the quality and portions were completely unacceptable. The burritos were flat with barely any filling inside and just covered in cheese to make them look like more than they were. That is not a Texas burrito. The taco salad was mostly an empty shell with a small scoop of meat and shredded lettuce tossed in. It looked sloppy, poorly made, and thrown together with no care. For $65, I expected real portions and food that at least resembled what was on the menu. Extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. I will not be ordering again.

The service was amazing! Very polite and attentive. The atmosphere was okay. Nothing special. The only reason we gave such a low rating was because of the quality of the food. We ordered a small queso, which was $10. It was half cold, extremely thick and just a small ramekin. Not worth $10. My husband ordered the Chimichangas dinner. He enjoyed the rice and beans but the chimichangas had a very off putting taste. I had ordered the Plato Loco. I was not a fan of the tortilla used for the beef fajita taco. It was very dry and chalky. The flavor and tenderness of the fajita meat was perfect. The tamale was tiny, dry and bland. The cheese enchiladas had the same off putting tastes as the chimichangas and we can only assume it was the ground beef. I can’t say that we would be back. $60 for our meal and it was not enjoyable.

The food was good, the service was great the young man who waited on us was very polite and accommodating. That’s a nice thing to have especially if you have never been to the establishment.

The drinks were very generous with the alcohol it’s easy to make a low octane margarita and hide it with the bitter lime mix.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the food I was served especially with the prices that were paid. Firstly, our queso was cold but, they were accommodating and fixed it for us. When the meals came out I got a plate of enchiladas that happen to be some of least appetizing enchiladas I’ve ever consumed. We also got tamales that were dry and had an off putting taste to them. The service was great just the food was not. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

The waitress was playing on TikTok the entire time we was there and we was the only people in the restaurant. She brought us cold queso and cold enchiladas and the plate wasn’t even hot. I should have known we usually go to los compadres in Dayton we will always go to them now.

I feel bad giving 3 stars because they were so nice! Our server, Victor, was awesome. The manager or owner (not sure) was really nice and we never had to ask for anything. Our drinks were refilled before they were half empty. We went during lunch and the lunch menu was 3 pages. The prices were $8.99 $9.99 and $10.99. I found those to be on the higher side for lunch. I wanted a chicken quesadilla with rice and beans but they did not have that as an option. They had a chicken quesadilla with sour cream, guac, and pico for $9 and I asked how big it was since it would be basically $10 with tax and was told it was one folded in half and cut into 4 pieces. So, the smaller quesadilla is the impression I got. I definitely wasn’t going to pay ten dollars for that so I ordered the grilled chicken with charro beans and rice (pictured). The rice was pretty bland as was the salsa. The chicken was really small and very thin but I like it when they’re thin so it didn’t bother me. Our meals came with a trip to the salad bar and the salad was good and fresh. I don’t think I’ll return because of the high lunch prices, small portions, and bland food. My son ordered the cheeseburger and fries for $8.99 and said it was really good. The prices are sooooo high for lunch, it’s crazy they’re still open

First of all I don’t like this place the queso and the food doesn’t taste well, its the worst i’ve had! Service was fast. Second of all I was watching a soccer game on my phone and she just looked at it, and put it on the tv WAY far away from us and I couldn’t see it a lot and when I tried to see what was happening in the game on the tv the server was sitting facing towards me at a table and smiling weirdly at me CREEPED me out, I didn’t see her name but she creeped me out. The only good thing is the chicken nuggets everything else was horrible!! Last of all there were some mosquitoes flying over my food and theres bugs on the table. I do NOT recommend eating here I think me and my family will stick with my other favorite restaurants like Carmelas or other of my favorite Mexican restaurants and we will for SURE stay away from this one.

Quaint Mexican Restaurant appears to be quite Popular due to the number of diners present during our visit! Tableside Service was Attentive and Respectful of our Dining needs. The food tasted Authentic, albeit a bit shy of Cilantro which Could have enriched the meal even more so. Will revisit again when in the area.
