Listen, i’m a big foodie.You guys know that and I give a fair chance. But when I tell you, I’ve been here multiple times to give it multiple chances. And it’s just not good now, don’t get me wrong the price is amazing, but as they say, you get what you pay for.. the food doesn’t taste fresh.It’s actually mildly concerning. Especially considering there’s sushi with raw fish in it.Needs to be kept at a certain temperature. You don’t see the sanitation score when you go in. And the guy behind the cashier, as other people have said, seems like he just hates his life. Overall, it’s just not a good experience.I recommend if you want cheap food go to mcdonald’s lol

I was excited about going out for lunch. I’d missed having oriental cuisine and hoped for a great experience. I was very disappointed. The food did not appear as advertised and steam was coming up but it wasn’t from the food. The food was cold. I wondered if they depended on the steam tray to heat it. I am sure it would have been tasty if hot. It was also a very cold day outside. I checked the rating and it said 93. I felt like maybe someone who should be taking care of it was not there. The best thing I had was a sweet potato.

As someone who’s eaten here my entire life please take the time to read this review! 90 percent of the people leaving bad reviews are the same folk you saw driving around alone wearing masks during Covid this is by far the best Chinese restaurant in asheboro and will always be by a long shot! If you’re looking for great food and a huge variety look no further than China buffet!

We had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring out one dish.. when we first arrived I asked about this dish bc it was only 4 peices in the pan… I asked many times to have this dish brought out.. it seemed as if they purposely let this dish be the last item to be refilled.. especially since all of the other dishes including the sushi, fruits, and sauces were refilled at least twice!! Honestly I feel as if they were upset bc I didnt choose to eat here again( I hardly ever do)

We were traveling and decided to try this local Chinese buffet according to the reviews. The bars had a good variety of food, but smaller than most buffets that we have tried in other cities. Food had a pretty good taste and customer service was good. The only dish that I didn’t like was the chicken and broccoli because it had a red sauce and I didn’t like the taste. Probably would try again if I am in the area.

We were back for lunch yesterday, 2/7/26, they are still really good and the service is great!! Everyone is really friendly without being smothering. The cost is still very reasonable at $10.95 per person for lunch. Tuesdays are $8.95 per person for seniors who stop in for lunch. I would still recommend that people stop in and see for themselves sometime.
This was our first time here and we were very happy with the experience. They have quite a few different food choices and each thing we tried was delicious!! Their prices are very reasonable. We would definitely recommend that people give them a try.
