Has the cod, haddock, French fries and coleslaw. Maybe I missed if the breading was gluten free, but I didn’t care for the coating on the fish. Reminded me of catfish coating (cornmeal?). The fish inside the coating was ok but the coating didn’t stick to the fish. Fries were ok. Coleslaw was interesting, a bit sweet. Maybe next time I can try their Middle Eastern Mediterranean dishes – maybe they’re more to my taste. The manager (?) was nice and efficient. The atmosphere is fairly basic.

I’ve had to eat gluten free for about 20 years. This place is a find! I’ll be back every trip I make to Las Vegas! Best gluten free fish and chips I’ve found in the U.S.
The fish combo (haddock, scallops & shrimp) was perfectly cooked: tender, moist, delicate. The onion rings were terrific.
I love the seasoning in the batter.
Sorry, dug in right away, then remembered to take a photo.

My husband is gluten free and we both love Lazy Joe’s. We have been coming here for 10 years or so. It is a great place and he never gets poisoned here!

I wish I could have this place 10 stars. Out of all the places I’ve been to, this was the best customer service I’ve ever had. On top of the food was served too fast. Now I went here because of the gluten-free options. Please listen to me. The fried chicken and fried shrimp are some of the best fried foods I’ve ever had, even over regular food. The batter was so well seasoned, and it’s not grease at all. The onion brings are fantastic. I hope this business prosperity and abundance success.

My son has celiac and was so excited to go to a restaurant where he could eat appetizers and dessert. He loved being able to eat battered, fried foods! Our dinner was delicious. The mozzarella sticks are amazing. Most everything is gluten free.

Its a tiny hole in the wall with hands down the best fries and hush puppies on the planet. The fish is delicious and tender and crispy all at the same time!! The beef shawarma plate changed my husbands entire outlook on shawarma!!

Can’t believe I haven’t done this review yet. The food was absolutely amazing the gluten free fact was a bonus. Everything tasted fresh like it was just caught from the river that morning. The coleslaw had a sweet taste to it that made it much better than what I typically get. The dessert was tiny but packed with flavor. And the best of all was the customer service we received from Veronica. She made sure that our drinks were topped off and that any unneeded mess was cleared from the table. The food is fair priced and I can’t wait to go back already.

The fish n chips and fried oyster are not good. Breading is thick and the filet is so thin that you could not taste it anymore. The oysters are not fresh. Prices are expensive.

During my recent dining experience at Lazy Joe’s Fish & Chips on Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas, I found the overall experience satisfactory. However, as a fish and chips enthusiast, I must express some reservations regarding the quality of the fish during my visit.

This was my first visit to this establishment, but during my most recent trip, I encountered an issue with the preparation of the fish that impacted my overall satisfaction.

The primary concern I encountered was that the fish appeared inadequately breaded. I noticed that the breading did not adhere correctly to the fish, which resulted in portions of the breading falling off and the fish itself breaking into pieces.

Despite my appreciation for the establishment, the issue with the fish’s breading was a notable drawback for me during this visit. It impacted the overall satisfaction I typically derive from Lazy Joe’s Fish & Chips. Paying more attention to the breading process would significantly enhance the dining experience.

I intend not to disparage Lazy Joe’s in any way, as I had a positive experience there. However, constructive feedback is valuable for any establishment seeking to improve continually. I trust that Lazy Joe’s will take note of this concern and address it accordingly to maintain the high standards they have set in the past.

In conclusion, Lazy Joe’s Fish & Chips on Rainbow Blvd remains a notable spot for fish and chips enthusiasts, but as of right now, not my cup of tea. However, the issue with the fish breading needs to be rectified to ensure a consistently outstanding dining experience for all patrons.

This place is as cute as a button.
I’m not a Celiac Disease person but my friend is.
I won’t say that the food was out of this world delicious because I’m honestly not use to the texture of the batter on my fish, shrimp, scallops, and chicken.
The Cole slaw was a culinary masterpiece! :0)
It really was creamy and delicious. I would say that it’s some of the best Cole slaw I’ve ever had anywhere.
My friend and her daughter had chicken strips and fries. They were in heaven.
The fries were well seasoned and hot out of the grease.
For a starter, you get a plate of celery sticks, carrot sticks, and dipping sauce (Ranch). I really enjoyed that.
They check on you often to make sure you’re enjoying yourself and I kind of get the feeling that there’s not much they won’t do to make sure you have a pleasant, tasty, dining experience.
Our Waiter was a real class act. This guy anticipated our needs and wants and brought it to the table without being asked.
The cod fish filets were flaky, and delicious. I took off of the coating and dived in.
You get your choice of fish with the seafood meal. At $18.95 for 2 large fried cod fish filets, 3 large fried shrimp, 3 scallops, and 2 chicken strips, I’d say I ate like a hungry lumberjack and had pocket change to spare.
