Good food. Bussan and short ribs are delicious. The banchan are really good too. Lots of empty tables when we came in but servers were busy. Their drinks are good too. I tried the hot ginger tea with pieces of ginger. Water and barley tea on all tables. Great place to try if you’re not in a hurry.

I visited Damee Korean Restaurant (다미한식당) in Buena Park after my Korean friends recommended it, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Ganjang-Gejang (soy-marinated raw crab, 2 crabs) — it was super fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean and looks newly renovated, giving it a nice modern feel. The servers were friendly and attentive, though they kept speaking to me in Korean (which I didn’t understand, lol) — but that just made the experience feel even more authentic! Definitely one of the best Korean restaurants I’ve tried in Orange County.

Damee is a great Korean restaurant. Their soy-marinated crab is delicious, the mushroom hot pot is flavorful, and the bossam is amazing. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend!

The food was good. Unfortunately, I believe that service makes or breaks your experience. The first to greet us was not pleasant, nor patient enough to help us order. She walked away to gives more time and when she came back she gave up and told us to order individual plates. The second person to approach us was a bit nicer. But not fluent in English. We wanted dumpling soup and ended up with some type of vegetable and mushroom soup with some round pouches (round dumplings?) they never came back. I had to get up for napkins, went to the front to ask a question and the lady said wait and kept prepping. The ambiance was quiet and the plain decor made it relaxing. Too bad we felt abandoned.

Would not recommend the clam noodle, they only give 5 pieces of clam and it’s $20.95, way too expensive for basically nothing.
The free side dishes are tasty though.

Korean food prices are not cheap, but the quality of the food is pretty good.

Korean restaurant starting now / The interior feels clean and well-organized

The side dishes are delicious and have a lot of variety, so it’s a pass. I haven’t tried specialty dishes or soups, so I’ll give a more accurate food review next time.

Pork bossam has no smell and tastes good, but it is too big for women to eat.

I think kalguksu and buckwheat noodles need more content compared to the price.

These days, food ingredients and other costs have risen, but food prices have also risen. It looks like Korean restaurants around here will have to be very careful from now on. The location is good, parking is convenient, and the food is above average… .

I hope your business goes well, and the basic principle of a restaurant is to harvest what you sow.

I’ve been to this restaurant before and had a good experience, but my most recent visit was very different. My guest and I ordered the $19 lunch specials, and the amount of beef we received was extremely small—barely a couple of bites—while the rest of the plate was filled with rice and vegetables. We had to order an additional $40 protein dish just to feel satisfied, and even then, it was served without the usual sides and leaf wraps that typically come with it.

What made it more concerning was noticing how different our portions and service felt compared to other tables. For nearly $100 for two people, the value simply wasn’t there. It was disappointing and, frankly, a bit shameful for a restaurant of this caliber to treat guests this way. I left feeling unwelcome, and unfortunately, it soured my desire to return.

Food sucks so bad. We ate here because it’s connected to the k spa sauna. But won’t be eating here again. One of the worst korean restaurants I’ve ever eaten at.

We dining out on 8/7/25 7:00 pm.
Waitress was not ready for the serve the customer. Brought empty cup no water.
After we order the food took 20 minutes to ready and 은대구 조림 price was $49.99 but there are only 4 cut in pieces and relish and rice cake.
During eating not single time waitress was checking the customer.
Rather needs other things ?
We asked for 1 bowl of rice they said No more rice??
What kind of restaurant that rice wasn’t even prepared?
They are not professional at all.
No manners foods is sucks
Do not recommend to dining out to that restaurant.
