The people at the Kings Wok are super nice. Don’t order the mushu though it’s really bad. The pancakes must’ve been days old because when you tried to open them, they just crumbled… they were so dry and then they hammered the pork in the mushu pork so hard that it honestly tasted like it was jerkey, that was the consistency of it. The chicken lo mein was OK, I guess I’d give it about a six or seven out of 10…. eggrolls were good.

This was our first time here and unfortunately we had a rather disappointing experience. While enjoying our meal, I was shocked to find a bone in my orange chicken. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she nonchalantly told me it was normal and asked me to bring the chicken in for them to see. I guess they wanted proof that their “boneless” chicken had a surprise inside! The lack of concern from the management disappointing. I brought it in and without looking at the proof the kind gentleman at the front gave a refund. He also said “yeah, it happens…” Needless to say we will not be returning.

I have been coming to this place since i was a child and it used to be one of my absolute favorites and i have suggested this place to MANY of my friends and i’ve recently ordered my usual orange chicken and crab rangoons but there was little no filling in the rangoons and literally no sauce on the orange chicken. I’d usually just ignore it but i have noticed the Quality and quantity declining and i’m very sad bc i literally love this place and im begging yall to give more of a bang for our buck please

I usually get kings wok all the time, but usually from the muskego location. I’m very disappointed as I’ve came to the Franklin location a couple times and it’s meh compared to muskego. The chicken I got today was just breading, like no chicken in the pieces, not the greatest lunch at all. Very sad as this is a common place I go but I would not recommend the Franklin location

Kinda shocked this place has 4.4 stars out of 5. They must get a TON of 5 star reviews, which is why I chose them over a place within walking distance. The prices are great and portions are big, but the flavor is not quite there. Food came hot. We ordered egg foo young and garlic chicken and while both are pleasant and edible, pleasant is the minimum I expect. The white rice tasted off. I can’t explain it. We tossed the rice. The flavor in the vegetable spring rolls was iffy too. They were delightfully crispy but there was something off about the flavor – possibly not the freshest oil. Hopefully the leftovers of the chicken and egg foo young have flavors that increase with sitting overnight.

Get the chefs specials or lunch specials especially good. But given how good those 2 were, anything there will be equally as good, just depends on your mood.
