Had an amazing dinner with friends at cool bar and it truly made our day! We ordered the cucumber salad, spicy fried chicken , grilled oysters, double pepper boiled fish and some Northeastern-style dumplings — every single dish was fantastic.
It’s been such a long time since I had dumplings that tasted this close to home. The boiled fish was super flavorful and just the right level of spicy — if you like bold flavors, you’ll love it. The grilled skewers were also perfectly seasoned and cooked.
Best part,They’re now open 24 hours! Finally, a go-to late-night spot in Vegas where we can always find delicious, authentic Chinese food. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my visit to Cool Bar! The food was incredible – the grilled lamb chops were juicy and full of flavor. The honey walnut shrimp was creamy and delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the shredded potato stir-fry was crisp and refreshing with a nice little kick.
The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. I also love that they’re open 24/7 – perfect for late-night cravings. Will definitely be back to try more dishes. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Las Vegas Chinatown!

It was the first time for a family dinner here. We ordered the signature dishes. The taste surprised us. The lamb skewers were very tender and tasty. My son ate two skewers. The other dishes were all delicious. The service staff was also very loving and enthusiastic. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back

Cool Bar is hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants in Vegas! We had an amazing dinner with Cold Chili Chicken, Braised Tofu Tower, Sweet and Sour Crispy Pork, and Wonton Soup — everything was delicious and full of authentic flavors.

This restaurant is being underrated under the sign that says “Bar”! All of their dishes are excellent. I really enjoy their skewers, mapo tofu, and Kwubaro. I visit them frequently, and their food quality has always been consistently good. The only downside is that when there are customers in the karaoke area, it can get a bit noisy since the soundproofing isn’t great. The interior of the establishment isn’t impressive, but the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious, so I will definitely be coming back.

Food selections, quality, and taste: Our group ordered various items such as the Beef Skewers, Lamb Skewers, BBQ Chicken Wing Skewers, Chicken Skewers, Chicken Gizzard Skewers, Chicken Heart Skewers, BBQ Duck Tongue Skewers, Beef Chow Fun, Dry Fried String Beans, Garlic Water Spinach, Mapo Tofu (Szechuan Spice), Pig Ears, Tofu Salad, and Cold Jelly. All the items tasted delicious and had great flavor profile, but I would have to say my favorites were the Lamb Skewer, Chicken Wing Skewer, and String Beans.
Service: I really liked that each table could order online via the QR code and per person for each table. Made splitting the bills much easier. Wait staff was friendly and attentive, and did a great job of serving the food right away when cooked fresh right out the kitchen.
Ambiance / Atmosphere: Had private rooms if you had large parties, and had a nice modern and spacious interior.
Price: Bit pricey for skewers but on par for entree items as other Chinese restaurants. Each person would be around $10-30 depending on # of items and what dishes you get. $$ to $$$ price range.
Overall experience: Great food and experience overall. I give it a 5/5. I will be sure to try some of their fish and seafood options next time.
