Ordered 3 dishes today and imo, they were not worth the price. 1. Sweet & sour chicken with pineapple $17.99. The quantity was not alot (did not fill the take out container). The chicken was fried too many times as it was dry and hard. Flavor of the dish was decent.
2. Spicy oil splashed knife cut noodles &8.99. Nothing but noodles, hot oil, garlic, peanuts, and some bean sprouts. Kind of flavorless.
3. Egg and beef in tomato sauce rice $13.99. The egg was not cooked through – there was some uncooked egg whites. Flavor was decent as well.

It’s a Friday and busy..that’s perfectly understandable; however, I waited 40 min for my food. I waited patiently but cashier was giving out food for orders AFTER mine. He didn’t call out the numbers just kept giving them directly to people. I tried to show him my receipt and he barely glanced at me. I’m order #75 and this guy was handing out #79 and more. I got him to stop and finally look at my receipt and he just was like oh and handed me my food. My order was sitting at the mobile order pickup section for a good 10 min. It wasn’t like he didn’t see me standing there either. That’s bad service. It’s one thing if you’re backed up, it’s quite another to just flare out ignore me and serve others merely bc they are shoving receipts in your face. The food is good though but it’s not hot (just medium warm) bc it was sitting for so long. And they gave me literally 3 pieces of bok choy.
Update: while that did happen, the manager, surprisingly, took the time to reach out next day. I could tell he cared and wanted to make it right. Offered free replacement dish. For actually caring this gets a better review, thank you. That never happens.

The food was delicious, but the wait time was quite long. One of the waiters was a bit rude—he flipped the ordering panel I was using without any apology and just yelled that they weren’t accepting any more orders. A simple notice would have been much more respectful.

Leaving 2 stars because the food itself is good. For sure. Now ordering and receiving your food in a timely manner is a whole other thing. I ordered 2 dishes and a snack at 6:01pm today. The self serve kiosk was busy so I ordered with the guy there and made it clear twice for each item what I wanted. I got my receipt and they forgot my snack which I didn’t complain and just didn’t mind. I got and do some light shopping for about 15 minutes in the actually market that this take out place was located in (Asian food market). I come back and to my slight surprise (not really because this is the 3rd time I waited longer than I felt necessary) my order wasn’t ready. So I waited. The people that ordered after me (much larger order via self serve kiosk) had their food in their hands about 6 minutes before I went and checked myself if mine was ready. Waited another 2 minutes before I checked the counter and saw my food was ready. No one notified me or called out the number of my order. It took almost 40 minutes for me to get a take out order for 2 people. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. They have officially lost me as a customer and I rarely/never complain about how long I have to wait. If you don’t mind waiting longer than usual for TAKE OUT food. By all means. Just know you’ll be waiting for a while.

This place is a hidden gem located in Asian food market food court, dishes are authentic and well prepared not to salty nor greasy ,order many times haven’t been disappointed yet.
