I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and made it a combo for an extra $4.99. Decent taste. Not super spicy but the heat did linger. McDonald’s style fries with less salt. I came at 1pm on a Saturday and my order was ready in less than 2 minutes for dine-in. Tony the best chicken sandwich I’ve had and not the worst! Soft drink ice machine was low on ice. Kiosk ordering did not print my receipt as indicated. Out of paper. Employee just said look at my phone for receipt.

I was actually surprised at how good the fried chicken here was. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was average. A lot of the service is automated (just one or two people cooking the food) and the seating is limited to a few small bistro tables.When I went, the soda fountain was out of order, so I was unable to get free refills. They did at least offer a can of soda though. There’s also no ketchup dispenser, so you’re left tearing open a bunch of packets to get some ketchup.
The chicken was crispy and delicious, but I personally wish there was some sauce or other options on the menu to balance out the chicken, fries, and bread.
Overall, not my first choice for a chicken sandwich, but I will likely visit again for take-out.

This burger spot is truly a hidden gem. Don’t let its “hole-in-the-wall” look fool you — every meal here is packed with flavor and great value. We ordered the Black Pepper Hamburger (only available through their website), the California Chicken Wrap, and the Spicy Chicken Wings. All three dishes were absolutely delicious, but the standout was definitely the Black Pepper Hamburger.
For anyone who’s tried fast food in Asia, you’ll notice a familiar taste — the black pepper burger and spicy wings reminded me of KFC or McDonald’s in China, but with larger portions and fresher ingredients. It’s a nostalgic yet upgraded experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

We went there during the soft opening. I’m glad I no longer have to drive a long way away for a really solid chicken sandwich. It was crispy, well seasoned (the chicken was seasoned, they didn’t do the lazy thing of putting the flavor in the sauce), and quite fresh.
I wish they had a little more seating as it got a bit crowded when we went – but I’ll be back.

I went in today out of curiosity and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries as well as a regular chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were delicious. My spicy chicken was mild with a a little kick at the end and regular one tasted like if it was homemade. I will definitely be coming back.

Taste of chicken not bad, meat has favor inside prepared well, spicy chicken is mild spicy, wish get a better value for what pay for, add all item to total is lower than before discounted price. Lol with the chinese name and attraction for asian customers with great math skills that number is not easy to fool.
The cashier person was not friendly at all. No hear any welcome thank you to any customers. My questions answered with point finger “it’s there already”. Give him a jacket please he keep the hand under the heat lamp to stay warm.

Consider that this is still a soft opening, so I hope more improvement will come later. The chicken is pretty good and quite juicy. That’s like the only thing that is good. The self-serve drink machine gives water when I try to get lemonade, the price is a little high for the quality of the fast food, and it is really busy during lunch so don’t expect fast service. The self-serve ordering system does not seem to text me too. Anyway, I hope things will be better after the soft opening.

No fancy service, no unnecessary small talk, just delicious crispy, juicy chicken. Waited in store for 30 minutes for a pick up order. I even tipped 10% when ordering. Am I an idiot? For the negative service of a “fast” food chain?
They are extremely understaffed and the only guy there was so inexperienced that I had to remind him of packing my order when food was ready for a while.
This restaurant was good for dining in a year ago, but now nobody eats in store anymore. What a shame.
