Special Noodle is a brand that focuses on providing various specialty noodles and Dumplings , including Stone Pot Noodles, Soup Pan Fried Buns, Xiaolongbao, Dumplings. In early 2022, the owner personally developed a unique noodle dish that is cooked on high-temperature natural pebbles in the pot, combined with hot soup. This innovative cooking process creates an interesting and eye-catching scene for customers. The high-temperature pebbles help to maintain the temperature of the noodles and soup, ensuring that the taste and temperature of the dish are maintained throughout the meal.

Signature Dishes & Menu Highlights
The restaurant is celebrated for its handmade, hand-pulled noodles and meticulously crafted dumplings.
Signature Noodles: The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup ($17.99) is a standout, featuring perfectly chewy noodles in a rich, numbing Sichuan-inspired broth with tender chunks of beef.
Must-Try Dumplings: The Pork Soup Pan-Fried Buns ($13.99–$18.19) are a crowd favorite, known for their crispy, golden bottoms and juicy, broth-filled interiors.
Sweet & Sour Pork: This dish is frequently cited as the best in town, featuring a light, extra-crispy breading that remains crunchy under a thick, nostalgic sauce.
Late-Night Comfort: Open until 2 AM daily, it is a top choice for a “drunk meal” or post-Strip comfort food.
Experience & Value
The interior is clean, modern, and spacious, often decorated with cool jade stone arts. While the restaurant utilizes an efficient QR code ordering system, the staff is noted for being attentive and helpful with recommendations.
With typical price ranges between $20 and $30 per person, the portions are generous, and the quality of the “scratch-made” items offers exceptional value compared to Strip dining.
Pro Tip: This spot is extremely popular and can be “as busy as it gets” on weekend evenings; visiting during weekday mornings or late nights is best to avoid a wait.
The service was okay—not bad, but not the highlight. It was a bit slow at times, but the staff was polite and the food made up for it.
Overall, I would still recommend this place if you’re looking for tasty Chinese dishes and a satisfying meal. I’ll definitely come back again!
Having said that, everything we ordered was delicious.
We’ll definitely go back. I think it might be one of the tastiest Chinese restaurants in Vegas.
We tried several dishes, and everything was incredible: the soup dumplings and fried dumplings were perfection, the leek pockets flavorful, and the braised rib noodles so comforting. Don’t skip the coconut egg custard buns, they’re soft, creamy, and the perfect sweet finish.
The staff were super friendly, and the whole experience felt genuinely authentic. You can tell they put a lot of heart into their food. We enjoyed everything and will definitely be back soon!
We ordered six dishes from their Top 10 menu, and every single one was amazing – no disappointments at all! Highly recommend!
Open till 2am so great for late night cravings.
Will be the place I recommend for “hole in the wall” but also casual dining Chinese in the China town area!
Me and a coworker just ate out after our shift and were treated with such kindness and hospitality! I hope other restraunts can take notes from the spectacular food and awesome service!
For the mains, the Dongbei classics really shined. The Guo Bao Rou was crispy and light with a glossy sweet-and-tangy sauce that didn’t feel overly sugary. The Di San Xian tasted fresh and balanced, and the portions were generous—great value for the price. Service was friendly and fast, and the staff checked in often while still giving us space to enjoy the meal. The dining room felt cozy and lively, perfect for a casual dinner with friends or family.
Also, everything tasted freshly made, the tableware was clean, and the spices were well layered—savory, aromatic, and never one-note. Highly recommended for anyone new to Dongbei cuisine. I’ll be back soon!
