We visited this restaurant with a party of ten people, and the experience was extremely disappointing, particularly regarding portion size and value for money.

We initially ordered ten different dishes, yet none of us were full, and we ultimately had to order more food just to feel satisfied. For a group of ten, this indicates severely inadequate portions.

The biggest issue was the meat dishes. The amount of meat in every single dish was extremely small, drastically less than what the menu pictures suggested. For the Sichuan Boiled Fish (水煮鱼), which was meant to be a main dish for ten people, not every person even managed to get one piece of fish. This is simply unacceptable.

Considering the small quantity and the average quality of the food, the price is too expensive. We felt the value was very poor. We were very unsatisfied with our dining experience and will not be visiting again.

We came here for dim sum on a Sunday morning. Despite being completely packed, we were seated quickly. The dim sum was very good.

A standout, absolutely perfect dish, was the bbq pork. Amazing. The gyoza or pot sticker was not very good at all. The wrapper was fought and their was a lot of air in the dumpling. I’ve had much better in that case. Same for the leek dumpling.

The eggplant on tofu was great, the Chinese donut in rice noodle was amazing. I will be coming back here to try more off of the menu, including the amazing looking duck.

I have been here before when it was imperial garden, and it was always slow and dirty. This time when I went for brunch I saw people cleaning constantly. That made me feel very good about the cleanliness of the place. It was also bustling and very busy which is very encouraging to see for this business.

Happy to have another quality option for dim sum.

Absolutely the worst restaurant service I have ever experienced.

I made a reservation a full week in advance for February 15th, 2026. At no point during the booking process was I told that certain dishes required pre-ordering. There was no reminder, no follow-up, no explanation — nothing.

When we arrived, we were informed that all roast meats and stewed soups were unavailable because I had not pre-ordered them. Fine. Disappointing, but fine. There were still plenty of other dishes on the menu.

What was completely unacceptable was what happened next.

Instead of simply explaining the situation professionally, the server repeatedly shifted the blame onto me. She told my friends — more than once — in front of everyone, that the reason the food was unavailable was because I didn’t pre-order. It felt accusatory, unprofessional, and frankly humiliating. If pre-ordering is mandatory for certain dishes, that responsibility falls entirely on the restaurant to communicate clearly at the time of reservation. Customers should not be blamed for a policy that was never explained.

And let’s be honest — even if pre-ordering was expected, how would anyone know what to order in advance without being provided a full menu, pricing, or guidance?

To add insult to injury, an automatic 18% gratuity was charged. For service that consisted mainly of deflecting responsibility and making the guest uncomfortable, this was completely unjustified.

As a native Cantonese, I am especially disappointed. This is, without question, the worst Cantonese dining experience I have ever had. Poor communication, zero accountability, and shockingly unprofessional service.

Save your time and money. There are far better Cantonese restaurants that actually respect their customers.

Oh, please, do yourself a favor and visit this place if you’ve ever felt like your life was lacking a public trial by jury. It was truly a five-star masterclass in “Customer Disservice.”
The “Stellar” Communication
I made a reservation a whole week in advance for February 15th, and the restaurant was so incredibly respectful of my mystery-solving skills that they didn’t mention a single word about pre-ordering. No emails, no phone calls, no reminders. It’s a bold, minimalist strategy: if you don’t have a psychic on your payroll to tell you that the roast meat exists, do you even deserve to eat it?
The Public Awards Ceremony
When we arrived and found out the highlights of the menu were “unavailable,” the server handled it with the grace of a high school bully. Instead of a professional apology, I was treated to a delightful recurring announcement to my entire table.
• The Highlight: She made sure to tell my friends—repeatedly—that the lack of food was entirely my fault.
• The Atmosphere: Nothing pairs better with a glass of water than a side of public humiliation and a server who treats “clear communication” like a forbidden ritual.
The Mind-Reading Requirement
Honestly, the logic is flawless. How dare I not pre-order from a menu I haven’t seen? I really should have looked into my crystal ball before booking.
If you’re looking for a meal where the primary course is unprofessionalism served with a thick glaze of blame, look no further.

The place filled right up shortly after we arrived around 4:30pm on a Saturday. Half of the restaurant was booked for a huge wedding party so there was alot happening and all the servers were busy setting the wedding tables.

We ordered Dim Sum and Peking Duck since the menu was limited due to the party. Everything was delicious and I really enjoyed how to order from a tablet at each table. Prices were reasonable but the server was definitely busy after all the tables filled up. The pork Siu Mai was one of the best I’ve ever had, we had to order a second one!!

They even had to carry in larger round tables and set up in minutes for more parties that walked in after. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would go back if I’m ever in the area again.

Food is bad, all dim sum are likely in the fridge for more than 3 days. Stir fry dishes nothing special. The quality of the dry steam dishes are quite miserable even though they are using fresh fish. Only thing acceptable is rice soup. Someone was smoking in the kitchen when we were there. Would not be going back.

Some of the food we ordered was a little bland like the shrimp fried rice. My boys liked the sesame balls and the shrimp balls. Decent size. I have to say that service was really good. I don’t Typically expect much when going to a Chinese restaurant but to my surprised, the servers and everyone were friendly. When we asked for water and had questions, it didn’t feel like we were inconveniencing them. It was refreshing to see a Chinese restaurant, on a Saturday for a dim sum, to have great service. Just for that I would come back. And my family and I don’t live nearby but would come back.

I had the three meat noodles. They were really good. I added a little soy sauce and chili oil. The chili oil added heat but it was a little bland flavor wise.

The service was a little slow but with the wait. Will definitely be back

We come here for dim sum from time-to-time. I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always good, the staff is always attentive, and the place is always clean. Normally you’d have to go to Seattle to get this level of quality. The prices are comparable. All-in-all, the bang is worth the buck.

What a terrible experience! My two kids were thirsty, so I asked for a children’s water. The waitress said someone would bring it, but I guess my table wasn’t within her service area. We waited for a long time, but it never came. In the end, I went to my car to get my own bottled water for my kids. What’s the point of tipping?
