This is one of the hidden gems in Orlando. I’m hesitant to share how good it is on here in fear of more people discovering it, haha. But this is hands down the BEST noodle spot in Orlando. The broth is so flavorful and the noodles are amazing. You can get free refills on the hand pulled and the gluten free rice noodles. The staff is so friendly and kind. Our server was a man who has attended me before, and he was always smiling and on top of things for us. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out here, cause he really goes above and beyond. This place is clean and can get busy, but you won’t regret it. Also, the prices here are so reasonable and very affordable, which definitely helped me become a loyal customer. Come to Walala, and enjoy your food!!

This place was a great find! The hand-pulled noodles are freshly made, perfectly chewy, and full of texture. The broth is clean, flavorful, and not too heavy, and the beef is tender with a generous portion. Everything tastes comforting and well-balanced.
The restaurant is clean, service is friendly, and the food comes out quickly. Great value for the quality. I’d definitely come back when I’m craving a warm, authentic bowl of noodles.

Five stars in all categories!! Great noodle soups. Hand pulled noodles with beef shank got great spiciness to it and great flavors.
Knife cut noodle with vegetables and eggs needed seasoning, but adding spicy chili oil gave it a spiciness I needed.
Overall, great place for hand made noodles. You can observe the chefs making noodles behind the window, it’s fascinating to watch.

I’ve been coming here every single year since I found out about this place. I’m from New York and been coming to Orlando with my kids every December. Will continue to come here for their noodles. Freshly made and can honestly say that it’s better than most noodle shops in NY for their quality and price. For their drinks, I got the Mango Sago and it’s very delicious. Not tea based, but very refreshing and their toppings are yummy. Very respectful employees and service. Highly recommend!

Been meaning to come here since they opened. I’m glad we’ve finally made it. The freshly made noodles were definitely delicious. The textures were bouncy and chewy. Their broths are refreshing, not very flavorful tho. The beef are not salty which is great but also lacking in seasoning, but very tender. Non of us got pork of any kind so we definitely have to try the Dan Dan noodle and tonkatsu ramen next time. Their service is very good, they pay attention to refilling water, and are pretty nice. They can seat about 60 people max in one go, including ‘bar’ seats. We tried couple of their fruit drinks, green grape fruit tea and mango sago, we really enjoyed the green grape with jasmine tea, the mango sago wasn’t what we expected but wasn’t bad, just not as mango flavor then as coconut flavor. Non of us was able to do the free refill on noodles, either we were already way too full or couldn’t even finish the original amount. They really do give you a great portions of noodle. We would love to come more often but my husband is diabetic and as much as he loves ramen, we have to be very careful. 🙁

I’m not sure if it’s cause of the hand pulled noodles but the broth clings to the noodles well. The noodles themselves have good chew and my kid loved the none spice option noodles. Friendly staff, very helpful. So far, happy with 4 items that I ordered. See pictures for the items

Lived up to the hype. The dumplings were fresh and tasted incredible, the noodles and soup bowls were delicious, the portions were large and I got a refill on the noodles which made it last for another meal! Highly recommend this place.

This place was outstanding! Everyone was working hard at giving a great dining experience. Sitting at the bar watching them make noodles was extraordinary. Our server was so nice and engaging. I spoke to him about loving the Mandarin language and he was gracious enough to tell me about what we ate in mandarin. It was an exceptional experience. Michelin star recommendation! If I get a vote you should get your first star. Thank you so much!
