I was in the area on Wednesday. I decided to come to this restaurant for brunch. Food was great, the people running the restaurant were very friendly and attentive to my needs. As an out of towner the atmosphere was great as well everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again. Thank you for the great service!

Staff: The staff was amazing. We were well taken care of. Our coffee stayed full, orders were taken and brought out fast.
Building: Building has plenty of seating and is clean.
Food: The food is great. I didn’t have one complaint about anything.

Superb little diner tucked into a Main Street space. Lots of regulars – watched the staff calling folks by name and bringing drinks as people walked in. Great vibe; homey and cheerful.
The food? Just about perfect. I’m a simple breakfast guy but love a good diner meal. Two eggs, hash browns, sausage, and toast. All perfectly cooked.
Service? Top notch. My coffee never went below half full and there was a pot hovering over it… “top you off?”
Great way to start a day of driving. If you’re in Sparta, do yourself a favor. Counter service if you’re flying solo and plenty of tables for groups.

5/5 stars, I got the Stuffed Hash Browns with 2 over easy eggs on top today, cooked perfectly. One of the best places in the tri-state area for amazing food and good company. Wonderful service, all the ladies down at Dorines are so kind and the food is never a let down. I would recommend this place for breakfast to anyone.

This small restaurant is exactly what I wanted today. Nice hometown vibe with good food. The wait staff were very friendly. Clean & not expensive. I had deep fried mushrooms then a Reuben & chili. For dessert I had a slice of strawberry/rhubarb pie. It was all just perfectly tasty.
