Everything was delicious and the people were very welcoming . The pulled pork was moist and flavorful. The pork ribs were very meaty and tender, they fell off the bone. Sides were all good from the Cole slaw, baked beans with pork, to the mac n cheese . I’m not usually a big rice eater, but I loved their dirty rice. We would definitely stop here again while driving through.

The value is great and the ribs are so tender! I love the bbq sauce, it’s not sweet or too vinegary. It’s perfectly balanced with the smoke flavor. I have ordered the ribs twice now and I will definitely be back! Thanks Chuck for everything! Also the potato salad and pulled pork are good as well, but I’m absolutely sold on the ribs. ❤️

Friendly service and awesome BBQ and sides! My wife and I had the ribs and a large pork sandwich and both were so good! We sat outside in the back with our dog and listened to the blues they had playing over the speakers. We look forward to going back!

When we walked in the employee turned and looked at us and said “oh”, literally nothing else. They’d been open for nearly an hour and there was a table that was dirty so we asked if it could be wiped down. What I’m assuming is the owner, walked behind the counter and said “the lady wants you to wipe the table down” as loud as possible and was able to be heard even over the blaring jazz music. We then saw an aluminum pan with food just out in the open for flies and such to feast on. So we left and the owner proceeded to follow us out and ask if there was a problem and when told about the issues he says that “the food is on a hot table” when it’s clearly a basic fold up table. If this place could be given 0 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. I feel like this place would be good for Gordon Ramsay’s “Kitchen Nightmares”.

This is hands down the best barbeque I have had. Friendly people and the pulled pork was amazing. We had coleslaw and red beans and rice. If you have a chance to try do so we drove out of our way to try this and so glad we did.

I stopped in today on my way from Troy to Dothan. I wasn’t expecting much because all of the barbecue I’ve tried here has been mediocre at best.
That all changed after the first bite.
I ordered the large pulled pork sandwich, Mac and cheese, and baked beans.
Pork- the bun was a normal bun, the sauce was subtle and used sparingly and allowed the meats smoky flavor to shine through. The meat itself was moist without being a greasy mess which I also appreciated.
Mac and cheese- when I first got it it looked like velveeta shells and cheese . After one bite it was clear it was homemade AND excellent
Baked beans- the beans were a homemade blend of several beans and ingredients. Again very tasty.

Ribs were over cooked. Pork was good. Beans were not too my taste. Chicken not so good either. Was on the toilet for the next two days and nights. All three of us. Learnt my lesson.

This place is definitely 5 plus stars! I came all the way from Dothan because I heard it was the best bbq place. Hands down the best bbq I’ve ever tasted! The owner is very sweet and have the best customer service, also the guy who works with him and cleans is amazing too. I got there around 6:30 and he closes at 7. He served me like he had just opened! Fresh hot food! All of it! Give it a try. You will not be disappointed
