Shots Cafe “feels” like the quintessential coffee shop. It’s like the dictionary definition of the word somehow manifested itself in Lenox. The coffee is amazing, the cookies aren’t far behind, and the ambiance is incredible! It is definitely worth swinging by if you have the opportunity.

We used to love coming here for coffee, but now the owners have hired young kids who don’t know how to make coffee’s, lattes, and they have to have Notes on the machines telling them what to do and the coffee is awful. Espresso is kept pre-ground in a tub which makes it bitter and oxygenated. Expresso beans are stable for about a week once opened but once ground they turn bitter much faster. That’s why coffee house grind right before they serve. Please train your employees. I asked for a flat white yesterday and got a cappuccino that was so bitter it was undrinkable. We love recruiting local establishments, but it only goes so far when the service and product is terrible.

This place is so charming and aesthetically lovely. It feels like what I would imagine a cafe in Europe would be like. The coffee and veggie quiche were completely scrumptious. The service was so wonderful! Thank you so much! I can’t wait to come back and try more!

Unfortunately would not recommend, I came yesterday on a Tuesday afternoon. It was fairly busy and limited seating and space. Service wasn’t great either, some were nice but there were one or two staff that I thought were rude, and this is coming from someone who also works in customer service. The main thing is that it is very overpriced for mediocre food and drinks. I paid $8 for a latte smaller than my hand, which was really good but in no way worth the price. I ordered the Michelangelo panini; cheese was rubbery, portion was small, and slightly bland, not the worst sandwich I’ve had but was expecting better for the price. There’s better cafes in the Berkshires for sure.

Exactly what we were looking for the morning after a concert to see our favorite band Deer Tick. Cozy and warm in the sun with buttery chocolate croissants and cranberry muffins to die for. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant disappeared quickly. Plus they make authentic loose leaf tea. Make sure to grab a table quick!

Came up here for an early dinner after skiing and it was delicious. It was so good, in fact, that we came back for dessert after walking around the town for a little. Crepes expertly made, definitely regret not trying the crumb cake though because it looked really amazing.

The smallest $12 sliver of quiche I’ve ever had in my life. Inflation hit hard. It wasn’t bad just felt more like a $6 quiche. Very expensive for what you get.

Ordered and paid for a cafe con leche with sugar and the guy behind the counter proceeded to poor in cold coffee from much earlier and add milk to it and told me I could get my own sugar. Not only was my hot drink lukewarm but it wasn’t even good coffee! Never going there again!

A cozy and cute little place with delicious drinks and treats! This small cafe has a little bit of everything – sandwiches, coffee & tea, ice cream, wraps, crepes, desserts, and wine. Only a few seats inside, but plenty of outdoor seating. Service was friendly and fast.

Tasty and cozy. Although I was pretty hungry and was disappointed about the size of my crepe for 8.50 but my fault for just getting the butter lemon sugar crepe. It was gone in an instant. I got the hot apple cider. Total was $12 but it was dessert. Order the savory crepes if you’re hungry. Lots of options and everything looked good. Nice seating area outside. Heat lamps keep you warm.
