I went there and ordered a pizza with around 6-7 toppings and they didn’t deliver. They put mangos on it and, said this will be for your winter arc. And I hate mangos too, but for the dipping sauce they gave me MUSTARDDDDDDDD. Then they told me to pay 41 dollars . Not coming back.

Me and my daughter are currently dining in at the restaurant and Lain’e is the sweetest server I have had! She was busy handing out orders, taking calls and helping in the kitchen! Her customer service was amazing which made or food and visit 1000% better! She definitely goes above and beyond for customers!

Placed a carryout order at 4p to pick up at 7p. When i arrived at 6:55p it took several minutes for anyone to even come out of the back to see me. Then they couldnt find my order in the computer and i had to show them my confirmation email. Then I was told my food wasnt in the oven yet and that it would be at least 20 more minutes. They said it was because they had a new cook learning. I don’t mind having new staff to train but they had 3 hours to have this order ready.
Also no seating at the front if you’re waiting on an order, so I sat on the floor

The food was terrible! This is the third time in a row that I’ve ordered, and it honestly was not good. The dish wasn’t made as a pan, as I had expected, and there was no sauce on mine, even though I ordered sweet marinara. My daughter’s wings tasted old and were hard, and we didn’t even receive our drinks. My husband had to drive all the way back across town to pick them up.

I called and ordered a delivery order. After an hour no one had showed up. I attempted to call to get a status update and was transferred to the store where no one picked up. I tried to call the store several more times with no answer. I then had to drive to said location where I was told the driver was out but no way to get ahold of them and the pizza never showed up. About as bad as it gets with a pizza order.

The pizza is always great, however, service does lack. More often than not my order is never ready on time, typically late by more than 20 minutes, everyone. The atmosphere is lacking. The employees don’t come across as kind at all.

The Kentucky Home Sq Pizza has the worst service within 50 miles. After waiting for 2 hrs for a delivery when called I was literally told they will deliver my food when they can. Asked to speak with the manager to literally be hung up on without speaking to anyone? It’s sad that the larger corporations could care less that the hard working individuals want to spend their money with them. I will from now on purchase from local small business owners.

Order a pizza from Pizza Hut they were so incompetent they couldn’t even make a pizza correctly so when I called to have my pizza remade they were extremely rude hung up on me without telling me when my pizza would be ready and even though it was a delivery I was told I would have to come up there and pick my pizza up so then when I called back to find out how long it would be the man who answered the phone got rude with me hung up on me so then when I called back a third time to speak to a manager when that man got on the phone and I was telling him about the problem he then informed me as the manager he was the one that was rude to me and hung up on the phone and then proceeded to threaten me and tell me that I better bring the police with me to pick my pizza up when all I wanted was my pizza to be remade the correct way and to know how long it would be before it was ready and after all of that they still made the pizza wrong again pure incompetence from management all the way down to delivery drivers and the people taking the orders worst service of my life next to the last worst service of my life that came from Pizza Hut 5 years ago when me and my family dined in and I had to go serve myself I had to go get my refills I had to go pick my pizza up from the counter serve my family rest assured I will never be back to Pizza Hut ever again that place needs to be shut down
