This nostalgic pizza spot that inspired the 1988 film serves up pies in a memorabilia-filled space.

The food was amazing, we were seated upstairs which had a beautiful view of the town. Absolutely one of my favorite movies. Seeing the memorabilia on the walls and the movie playing, i was just in heaven. The pizza was a slice a heaven, cheese bread sticks definitely a must try. Definitely looking forward to the next trip there. Hoping to get to see more of the town.

Came here with babers and his friends after a weekend in CT. Cozy restaurant. Staff and service were very nice and quick. Food was top notch. Never seen this movie though. I heard it was a hit in the 80s. I love a good pop culture sight. Soda was so crispy, craving some right now. 5 stars all around!

A truly iconic and wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm, nostalgic, and full of charm, making it special from the moment you walk in. The pizza is delicious with fresh ingredients, great flavor, and a perfectly baked crust that hits the spot every time.
What really stands out is the overall experience—friendly service, a welcoming vibe, and the sense that you’re enjoying a piece of local history. Whether you’re visiting Mystic for the first time or coming back again, Mystic Pizza is a must-stop. Highly recommended for great food and an unforgettable, classic Mystic experience.

Great gluten free dough and regular dough!! We stopped in around 6pm and were quickly seated upstairs. The atmosphere was very pizza shop—-large wooden tables, Mystic Pizza playing on the TV and photos of the movie and celebrities.
We ordered the garden salad. It was plenty big enough to split for 2-3 people. We each got the small pizza in pepperoni. The gluten free crust was tasty, it had a nice buttery flavor and good texture. The regular pizza I asked for it to be well done so that it had crispy pepperoni, which it did. It was oozing with cheese, but wasn’t super heavy and a perfect amount of sauce with a nice flavor. We each had a glass of wine, which was priced from $8-10 each. The server was really friendly and stopped by several times to check on us. Overall a lovely experience! We would definitely return.

Wow, I’ve always passed by this place but never stopped in. Didn’t realize they had a full space upstairs if you want to dine in. We sat at the bar. Our bartender,Max, was awesome for our introductory experience. Great cocktails, eats and vibe. 5 stars for sure, check them…..now!

I visited this place after reading reviews and the place is really worth visiting when you visit Mystic, we tried the pizza and Calzone and it was amazing.
Fresh food , fresh ingredients and full of flavors. Their Marinara sauce is special and i wonder if they sell that seperatly. I am going again to try their pasta spefials today.
I would highly recommend this place if you are in Mustic CT.

The movie “Mystic Pizza,” gave this Pizzeria a lot of fame. Unfortunately the prices reflect that the place is for tourist$. Pizza was good, and their beer own was excellent. Service was very, very attentive and the staff is probably the best part of the experience. Lots of fun movie and celebrity stuff hanging on the walls.

Travelling to 10 states in 14 days we diverted to Mystic because of the movie Mystic Pizza but mostly because of the movie Mystic Christmas which showed Mystic off in a great light. We weren’t disappointed on a beautifully sunny day… great Main Street with interesting shops, the pizza, the bascule bridge, the river, the houses and at that time of year the Halloween decorations. Bliss

This place definitely gets busy but I like that they have it split between dine in and takeout. We were promptly sat and served. The pizza came out lightning fast and we were easily filled up by splitting a “small” so don’t get discouraged by the name. We got the house pizza and it was great, a little bready, but hit the spot.
