We normally go here and don’t have any issues, if there are any, they’re small and not that bad. Tonight we went, bought two simple things, a sundae with sprinkles, and a large Oreo blizzard. My sundae ended up having fudge or chocolate with it (I’m pretty sure it only comes with one topping correct me if I’m wrong) and my boyfriend was missing almost half of the cup and was not mixed thoroughly, made like a medium it seemed. I understand how fast food works, I understand it gets busy, but this is the most disappointed I’ve been with this restaurant. We did not get our moneys worth

Want to thank the manger& staff for their dual dilegence trying to help me & my sister out. We had no way of opening her o2 tank they tried everything to do so. Even breaking their own tools to aid a stranger who’s struggling to breathe. They all went above and beyond their duties! My sister recently got out of the hospital for congestive heart failure on right side. We only wanted to celebrate early my sister 40th & 5th birthday of my nephew then they go above and beyond making sure to keep her steady & alive. Thank you may god bless yinz!

Always a great place to take the family. Prices are great, food is cooked to order and you get the option of a laundry list of great ice cream! Most of the employees have been there several years which speaks volumes of the company and management. I have been taking my family and friends here since it opened and I have had only one bad experience and it was a simple fix. Customer service has always been great and the dining room is always clean and ready. One of the benefits of this restaurant is you can host a birthday party here and have a 1/3 of the dining room to yourself! This area has a door for privacy also. The room is filled with windows so you don’t feel like your in a dark hole in the wall.

Burger meals are great. Chicken tender baskets are my favorites. Reasonably priced. Blizzards and malts are made better here them most places. Banana splits are excellent in tasted and price. Friendly associates. I asked for banana to be cut in tiny chunks for an 80+ year old and I was pleasantly pleased with the attitudes towards my request – service was above and beyond. I love theirs ice cream cakes. Cakes are evenly proportioned not like some places where they skimp out on the crunchiness and fudge. They also have personal sized ice cream cakes called cupcakes that come individually or in a 6 pack… yummm

I normally like going to this Dairy Queen for a quick meal. I was recently in the store with my daughter and waited at the front counter for service, but nobody seemed willing to take our order. I understand that the drive-thru gets busy, but you should still have somebody watching the door. I might come back to try again another time, but this place needs to work on training staff to improve the overall customer experience. I guess we will see what happens.

I waited for almost ten minutes for a hotdog that looked at least two days old. The bun was ripped and torn like someone drug their fingers through it and the mustard was slopped on in a very Jackson Pollack like motif. After that it was lovingly jammed sideways into a box and put out the drive thru without a smile. The fries were pretty much the same, soggy in old oil and burnt. Is it possible to have both soggy and burnt fries? Sure is! When I complained that this might not be edible, I wasn’t given an apology, I was given an extra special bonus attitude. If you’re into rubbery, burnt, hard to chew hotdogs, this is your place! Perhaps you like to play food poison roulette at parties, where everyone finds the grossest food thats sold as just cooked and takes a bite, then waits three days to see if you get food poisoning. If so, go with this place! They won’t let you down. Seriously people, it’s a HOTDOG. It’s not that hard to make somewhat safe and slightly presentable.
