This is a small restaurant with a basic menu. I have never heard of Red Enchiladas Suizas, they’re typically green. I tried the Enchiladas Huastecas which are two red beef enchiladas and a piece of meat on top. Side of rice, beans and tortillas for $15+ I wish they have more friendly and attentive service. Needs to be more clean for a better rating.

I dropped by for a late lunch and it wasn’t too busy. The interior is fairly basic, but service was quick and the food tasted great. My enchiladas suizas were delicious, and the flavors of the corn masa and chili really came through nicely. Prices were marked up on the menu, but were still quite reasonable. It made for a nice lunch, and it’s quite a cozy place.

Went here with my wife and it’s was close to closing time and we ordered the enchiladas molé with rice and beans and they were really friendly staff and the food came out fast and the food tasted amazing!! The chips and salsa were delicious and that molé sauce was the best I’ve ever had!! Will definitely be returning for amazing food!

The food is ALWAYS really good! Prices are affordable. Service is friendly and it’s very cozy. Try the chicken soup or shrimp cocktail!!! Never disappoint!

This was a nice small and quiet Mexican restaurant. The waitress helping us was helpful and friendly. The burrito along with the hot sauce that they make themselves was excellent. The hot sauce was well balanced and not too extreme. The burrito was huge. I would probably split it next time with a family member. Great value, nice service, and good tasty food. Our daughter loved the rice that came with the burrito so we didn’t opt for the kids menu.

Long story short, if you present as non spanish speaking the lady running the place now will talk shit about you right in front of you in spanish. I drove over an hour, just because of how much I love the food, and it really hurt my feeling to hear her talk about me right in front of me after assuming I couldn’t understand.
Just to repeat, the food is excellent, I miss Doña Inez running it, she was always very sweet to me.
Not sure I feel comfortable coming back, after eating here for the past 30 years.

We arrived at 1:30 on a Sunday. The waitress made sure we knew they were closing at 2:00. The food was ok. My cheese enchilada looked like someone had taken a fork and cut off 1/3 of it. It was very cold and the cheese inside was still shredded. We heard the employees arguing about taking a phone order close to closing.
They were more worried about leaving than satisfying customers.

Great food with lots of options. We were given complimentary chips with both green and red salsa (all were homemade and super fresh). We tried the stuffed poblano, fish tostadas, and the combination plate. The servings were beautifully presented and generous so we had a bit left over to take home. The restaurant itself has a colorful interior with artwork on the walls. Our waitress was super friendly and helped us make the right choices.

Taco Tuesday is unbeatable chicken or beef for just a buck I suggest the corn tortilla with cilantro onions and if you decide to go flour get the lettuce and tomato. Best value around and pretty dam good I will be here every Tuesday

The place is nothing special when you walk in, but that can be 1 of the telltale signs you’re I’m the right place for good authentic Mexican food. The service was quick, even with a bit of a language barrier. The food was really good and the size of the tacos was impressive.
