I arrived at Starbucks at 3:20 a.m. specifically to get the Hello Kitty merchandise, and I was shocked to see they only had five items on display and nothing else. There was a huge line of people waiting, stretching all the way through the drive-thru, only for everyone to be told it was already sold out within minutes.
How is it possible that a store only had five Hello Kitty items for such a highly promoted release? That’s just not believable. It really seems like the staff kept most of the inventory for themselves, because there’s no way that’s all they received. Extremely disappointing and unfair to loyal customers who showed up hours early. We all agree so file a complaint with the Starbucks regional branch manager

Food: The drinks are well prepared. Got a Dragonfruit tea today and I have had a flat white here before. The Flat White is my baseline drink for all Starbucks and it was a great Flat White.
Service: The staff are friendly, efficient, and did not err on the order.
Atmosphere: This Starbucks is a drive-thru store and it serves standard Starbucks offerings. The cafe is clean, no visible graffiti, and the bathrooms are clean.

Ordered a coffee! African American Black girl with glasses working the register has Bad attitude when asked a question. Mumbles bad words at you if rushed to get my coffee while she does other things. Wrong person at the front. No tip. Cuzzed me out. Will file a lawsuit. Bad attitude. The Starbucks is conveniently located next to my gym. I put in a mobile order. The mobile order said the drinks are ready when I got there. Only two of the three were ready so I’m all about communication. I asked the worker, female worker, on that third drink I was cut off in a very rude tone. She replied yeah we’re working on it right now. I’m sorry the app doesn’t tell me that I apologize for communicating so that I’m not just feeling like I’m standing there not knowing what’s going on. So they’re rude overall.

I was so excited about this place opening up since it’s on my way to work but sadly that excitement was taken from me right away. The drive thru always takes so long no matter the time. They always take so long to greet you at the speakers box and sometimes even when they get to to speaker they make you wait a while before you can order. unfortunately they never get my drink right! I always ask for light ice and it seems like they don’t care or put extra ice on purpose. I tried giving them many chances and unfortunately they’ve failed every time. I’m not one to go back and have them make my coffee or drink again so I just never said anything until today. Also their attitude isn’t Starbucks friendly.

This location just opened near my house I was so excited to use the drive thru. I pull up and out of all the spaces this guy could use he wants to park in the middle of the drive thru. No cones. No sign that says it’s closed. I asked him if the drive thru was open he was not that I asked and said it’s closed. I included the picture of all the other places for him to park. And he inconveniently park IN THE DRIVE THRU?! Sir, please make it make sense. I sure did go inside and spoke to the shift supervisor who said she was going to ask him to move. I ended up goin to the other Starbucks down the street. I can’t be bothered.
