I truly wish I could give 0 stars!!! The restaurant has always had horrible customer service but at least the food use to be cheap and good, now the food is overpriced and bland. The restaurant looks disgusting!!! From the floor to the window looks nasty the workers always dusty looking like they hot box black n milds . The drive through is even worse!!! The back door and ground looks like something out of a horror movie and it smells so bad like poop inside and out !!! At this point just close it down before someone gets sick or hurt . Idk who writing the good reviews but I know it’s not real customers !!! The service too bad and there is always a wait . N I no longer go to this location even though it’s close to my house .

I mad e pick up order last year in October, when I got my food the chicken was dry like it had been under that light all day. I was very unsatisfied. But today we made a delivery order . Whoever was in the kitcken today, did their thing. The biscuits and chicken were so fresh and delicious.

I will never visit this location again!!! The lady on the register told me at 8pm that they was out of spicy chicken. The manager turned and she asked him if he was dropping spicy and he said no. After I walked outside to my vehicle he said that they was dropping spicy if I wanted to wait. I waited 17 mins just to be told my order was wrong and he would cook more spicy it would be another 15min wait. While I was waiting the lobby was filthy, trash running over in the inside can, windows smudge nobody cleaning at all. The manager back and forth outside on his phone. Once I received my order almost 40 mins later I got home to original not spicy chicken. This location always has rude staff, unclean store and never give you your items that you pay for. I will do like everyone else and go to the Hamilton road location.

Around 830 pm no one was in the parking lot almost didn’t think they were open . We were headed bk to Conyers ga from visiting a cousin . Overall a decent experience they took our order promptly and were friendly but they did take a good amount of time to prepare our order Around 20 mins even though they were friendly for 6 pieces of chicken and 4 strips that’s kind of long especially seeing as though it didn’t taste fresh it wasn’t nasty just didn’t taste completely fresh
They actually had about 5 workers i spotted so with only a few cars pulling in initially none I would think speed would be a little faster ! All in all a decent experience

This is the only chicken restaurant that never have chicken. They tell you a longer wait time so they don’t have to cook because realistically who wants to wait over 5 mins for 2 items. There’s no way there are making money when they dont even have food ready during lunch hours. They also don’t open on time on days they have truck even though every one is usually outside smoking. When you do get chicken on rate occasions it’s available, it’s not fresh and very bland

Ordered online gave them over a hour to make my order got there to pickup over half of the crew is outside visiting and my order wasn’t ready and we didn’t get everything we ordered I was supposed to get 6 large sides and got six personal sides and 2 large they owe me 2 large sides I ordered ahead and gave them extra time if they want to make it right then they can contact me

Has gone downhill over the years, definitely not the same.
Terminate the entire crew starting from the top.
They are unprofessional, functionally illiterate & incompetent.
Food majority of the time is stale & cold.
DO NOT tirade customers about their order, it’s THEIR MONEY!
Enter order EXACTLY as requested.
Make sure their order is sufficiently fulfilled.
IT’S SIMPLE!
When you screw up an order and the customer brings it to your attention, There’s NO reason to have a bad attitude nor be combative about it.
Promptly & Politely rectify the issue.
IT’S SIMPLE!
Folks work hard for their money.
Customers deserve a GREAT restaurant experience=
GOOD SVS, CLEANLINESS, QUALITY FRESH HOT FOOD.

Horrible!!!!! I ordered 2 3pcs combos. The chicken was not fresh at all! The mash potatoes was cold and the gravy was colder! I will never come back to this Church’s AGAIN. That’s if I even give Church’s another dime! I called to speak the manager (Michelle) to see if I can come back to replace my order. She stated that she knew the chicken was old it been sitting for 3 hours and it’s 9 o clock and they not drop no more chicken! I asked can I come back tomorrow. She stated that I come tomorrow with my receipt and they will replace it! I would NEVER give them my business again!
