Probably the worst service I’ve ever had.
You order your food, pay & tip before you even sit down.. so i hope you’ve done your research before you came because once you sit down, they’re not bringing you anything extra you need.

I had the shrimp and scallops plate and my goodness the sauce is incredible. Such a great plate.
Had the Cowboys game on while I was here and have a lot of TVs around the bar . Would have opted for the game audio over Tejano music but it was fine.

I’m sad I didn’t go to this place sooner! Someone referred me to Fish and Tails and I must say… I was beyond impressed! My husband and I were craving seafood and the current rating for this place has me a bit skeptical but was told I must try. I’m sure glad I did!
It is self seating and you order at the front. No server to your table. My husband and I sat at the bar (twice) and the bartenders Gaby and Raul are awesome! Very attentive and personable even when they are busy! They have a full bar and a hug menu option! The shrimp cocktail is one of my favorites as the do not skimp on the shrimp! The seafood boil was huge and the grill octopus was very tasty! We also had the seafood trio which can in a delicious creamy crab sauce.
Also, they have an awesome happy hour M-F 3-6pm.

My boyfriend and I have visited this restaurant prior to today and the food was amazing! But today I have to highlight the service. My boyfriend ordered food and an item was missing when he returned home. We called and they automatically offered to home deliver the missing item without question! When I say we’ve never experienced customer service in that way before! It made our experience even with this restaurant even better and we will keep returning! Thank you we truly appreciate the over the top customer experience!

This place never misses. THE FOOD .. it doesn’t make any sense how good this ish is and I am a picky person. Whew Chile, I was some right now just thinking about it.
The service is great, hospitable, the vibe , music … just a vibe and reasonable on the prices for what you get . Wilson , Raul .. bartenders are the best . So kind and attentive . Damn that food good. Always HOT AND FRESH .. just go!!

We were in the mood for some delicious seafood for lunch. I remembered a friend telling me how wonderful Fish n Tails was in Lewisville and that they go to frequently. We worked up a hunger from shopping and since we were in Lewisville we gave Fish n Tails a try. We were greated by the friendly staff at register to take our order. Proceeded with Order Number in tow to place at our table. I went for my self-service beverage as waiter brought my wife cocktail from the bar. Soon after the perfectly cooked, delicious hushpuppies came out. Few minutes past and our meals arrived also hot and delicious. Wife had blackened fish with perfect seasoned fresh grilled vegetables and steamed rice. I ordered the fish tacos with same sides as wife. I will say the sauce they serve on the side is spicy. Not for me, but if you like some heat, you will enjoy. Now that we were so impressed, we are definitely coming back to enjoy again.

This was my first time here. They have many seafood and non seafood items on their menu as well as a detailed drink menu. What caught me off guard was that you order and pay first before you get your meals. You also have the option to tip when you pay as well. This surprised me because my tips are based off of how well the service is and how good the food is, but here the tipping comes before you even get the food. Since I didn’t know what the service would be like, I didn’t tip.
However, a few minutes after I sat down, my food started to come out. Within a span of 5-6 minutes, all my food came out. I was happy about how quick the service is. Of course I would have liked to enjoy my appetizer and soup first before the entree came out but hey, that’s just not this kind of restaurant and I don’t mind at all.
I ordered the appetizer calamari, a bowl of clam chowder soup, and the fried basket catfish and shrimp combo. They fried catfish was not my jam but everything else was delicious- especially the clam chowder and fried shrimp.
Staff is very friendly and like I said, the food came out expeditiously. You can tell the food here is made with love. I will for sure come back to this restaurant. I’m going to order something else now and then tip for my entire meal. Make sure you guys tip even though you tip before sitting down. Trust me. The service is 5 stars here.

Very good lunch here on Saturday afternoon. Staff at the order counter were friendly and helpful. Dozen raw oysters were very good and fresh. My fried catfish and shrimp were good. Shrimp just a tad on the salty side. Coleslaw and hushpuppies were very good. Wife had the shrimp, crab and scallops trio. Was very good. Scallops were just a bit too done though. Grilled fresh veggies were good. Zucchini was slightly undercooked, too firm. Rice was good. Love the large menu with lots of selections. Portion sizes were good and overall prices were reasonable. Nice to have fried and grilled options. Beer and drink selection was good too. Waitstaff and bussers were efficient. We will definitely be back again!
