Some of the best Tex Mex style food we’ve had. Flavors were great, birria tacos with grilled vegetables as a side, the chili relleno and a chicken bacon guacamole wrap. Busy Saturday night, nothing felt rushed or hurried. Great staff and perfect surfer/beach bar atmosphere even in the dead of winter

If I could give 10 stars I would. Every visit I have at the Bueno location is nothing short of amazing. To top it off, Isabelle is always a fantastic bartender who is always welcoming and positive. She makes sure my drink is full, educates me on menu items, and always introduces me to the specials as well as the other bar guests making this an incredible atmosphere and family like experience. Isabelle makes sure to interact with all of her guests, never missing a beat. The food at the location is always on point and never wrong when I have order specifications. When coming here I know I will have a phenomenal experience and leave extremely satisfied. Keep up the good work Isabelle and kitchen!

Great place for a late dinner. The waitress (from Ashe) was absolutely fabulous. The food was fresh and prepared with love. The atmosphere was great. We try to not go into a restaurant an hour before closing because we know the staff is tired and ready to leave. Then, sometimes the food isn’t as good as it would be when the restaurant first opens, but K38 Baja off of Military Cutoff was marvelous. Thank you for great customer service.

I had an amazing experience at K38 thanks to our server, Kristin. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Kristin knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times. Her positive attitude and genuine care made our visit stand out. Was somewhat disappointed in my experience. I went knowing that the owners of Tower 7 run this as well and it is not the same experience. Server didn’t even give me her name and the vibe I got from her was like it was a chore to be there. I got the tacos in a beach towel. The beef mix they use definitely has some kick to it so if you are sensitive to spice I would swap for the verse chicken which has good flavor but a more mild spice level. I’ll stick to my tower 7 in wrightsville beach.

K38 is our favorite place for post pedi (or mani) best friend / girl time! We usually sit at the bar, but there was no room this evening. So table service, it was and we ended up with THE sweetest server, Mariah! Attentive, conversational, pleasant, etc. The food is always great and tonight, so was the service!
