I’ve been going to this restaurant since moving here 17 years ago and the food was always satisfactory. Stopped for lunch yesterday, got 5 tacos and a drink and sat down for lunch. I got my first taco out of the bag and actually thought they had given me an empty shell. There was about 1/2 Oz. of ingredients total on the taco. 4 out of 5 tacos in my bag were just like the first. I was the only customer in the restaurant so it wasn’t like they were rushed or anything. This is New Mexico. Everybody in this state knows how to make a damn taco except the Taco Bell in Moriarty. Won’t be back.

Dude that took our order was wearing a uniform that needed to be washed. Not kitchen dirty but BLACK the logos on his stuff were basically the same color as his hat. My mashed potato’s were gelatin and looked suspect. You have expectations for fast food which aren’t high; but Christ let’s try a little. I would never allow my employees to present a product or themselves like this.

Ordered the fried chicken. This store never has extra crispy or enough to fill family meals this is my only beef with them, but otherwise pretty standard for KFC, quick order filling, good enough experience.

This place is ran by a bunch of kids unsupervised. It took 25 minutes to get through the drive through and when I finally did I order a 4 piece chicken strips meal and got 2 tender. 1 was cut into 3 pieces and another small tender all for 13$. This place is a joke, do not waste your time or money going to this abomination of a “restaurant”

Pretty disappointed. Last two times we went they forgot a fry, spoons, napkins, sauce. I don’t know if corporate that’s making these rules where you have to ask for that but it should be included. And not adding to an order at the window is not typical for most drive throughs. But the food is good.

My only complaint, the coleslaw tasted fishy, like literal fish. My husband even said it smelled odd. Pepsi was off too,tasted like Diet Pepsi? BUT I still gave 5 stars as this place was CLEAN, and the staff was super friendly and fast. We have had our bad experiences, so I’ll take the good with some flaws. I would check the coleslaw date…I worked at KFC in my younger years and was promoted to assistant manager…so coleslaw in my day was made fresh in the mornings…..not sure why this coleslaw smelled and tasted odd. Also the biscuits were super hard? Biscuits are to be replaced with fresh biscuits at certain times throughout the shift….

Food is good and all but I am never ever asked if I want any sauces and I’m never given a straw every single time I go through the drive-thru. The drive thru person ignore me if I sit at the window to wait. I’ve waited up to 10 minutes one time. I have to go inside if I want them.

Would give zero if possible. I was on a long road trip and was just hoping to get some dinner around 10pm and I went through the drive thru here. I got stuck in line for well over an hour, and I couldn’t leave because the drive thru was curbed in all the way around. The car in front of me over heated and was smoking so then we were really stuck. And the whole time there was at least 1-2 employees out back smoking at a time in a constant rotation with the back door open. They all weren’t doing shit and the line didn’t move the whole time I was there. After the car in front of me broke down I let everyone behind me know so we all backed out because we obviously weren’t going to get any food. Such shitty staff, should all be fired.
