Trying to figure out what to get my 76 year old picky eater mom. Stumbled up on this location. Thank goodness, it’s her favorite place to eat. I was beyond surprised by the ambience of this particular franchise. it’s bright, clean. The art and quotes that line the walls, certainly make an interesting and amusing dining experience. One server in particular, Berrie stood out. She was pleasant and very accommodating. She let me know how long it would be before the next hot batch of chicken would be ready. I appreciate the heads. This particular location is highly recommended. Needless to say, mom was undoubtedly satisfied.

But, the older black lady in the past reviews people speak about is terrible, she should be taught how to treat customers and interact with the public, for her to be an older lady it is sad to see. She had an attitude at 10am in the morning, when they’ve just opened up, which is crazy to me to see a person get out of their bed with such a bad attitude. Just mean for being alive is sad!! I will never give them my money again solely based on my interaction with her. Management need to seriously do something about her!! I mean you are in customer service ♂️I spent almost $40 here and got treated as such. NEVER AGAIN!!

Best fried chicken!!! Service was good considering they were packed. But the manager was working hard right beside her employees. Nice and clean…
Update: Stopped by today, April 19, 2024, because I’ve been hearing about the blackened chicken tenders and had to give them a try. They were good but they did have a little kick to them.

I wish I could get a lower than one star for this restaurant. I cannot believe the experience that I had here. I walked into getting an online order and was immediately attacked by an older woman with long jeweled fingernails. She was angry for no reason and tried not to give me my order and I said I had already paid for it and she yelled at me that they don’t have bottled water and I said I’m sorry that was a choice on the app. I don’t have to take bottled water. I do not understand why she would act this way and I have never been treated poorly anywhere in my life.

This place USUALLY has that classic spicy chicken, if you like spicy then this is the place for you however the taste could be more consistent and some of the staff isn’t as friendly as they should be working in a customer service industry.

Quick service. Reasonable prices. Hot and Spicy wings were Fabulous. Get extra sauce. For a truck stop it was pretty clean.

Great food and customer service! The 8-count nugget meal is much better than the one at the Conyers Hwy 138 location! The first photo is from the Madison store and the second photo is the same meal from the Conyers Hwy 138 store!

Omg never again the black lady with the synthetic curly wig and ponk that works there was very unfriendly face frowned up, attitude, very unwelcoming atmosphere. I didn’t even wanna dine in anymore. she was very friendly to the men behind me tho ironically lol
