I freaking love shops like this. Hole in the wall with people that truly care about high quality coffee. I had an amazing pour over and bought a bag of beans as a result. Ton of bean options as well (see picture). They even have some super rare/unique beans if you’re the type who looks for rare finds.
The interior is low key and homey. Just be careful to not drive past it! I included a picture of the front to help.
Anytime I’m in the vicinity of Shiba I’ll be popping in. Thanks for the wonderful experience today.

Me and my husband had the lavender matcha latte and it was delicious. When we first pulled up we thought we got to the wrong place but we took a chance and was not disappointed. The environment was very relaxed and friendly. The barista was super knowledgeable as well and the product quality used is the best.

So this place is in the wildest place. You wouldn’t notice it just driving by. I looked for a local coffee shop and happened to see this as a tip result. Walking in was such a shock as I hadn’t seen any of the photos. The smells are so inviting and the ambiance of the space are top notch~
I ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and it’ was as lovely as I expected. I 10/10 recommend stopping in and giving them a try for a niche premium experience in a side part of Douglasville~

This coffee shop is in an unusual location but offers plenty of space to hang out. If you like used auto parts and good coffee, this is the place for you. I had the “fall fellow” which is a dirty chai with cocoa powder. The owner is quirky and fun to chat with.

Shiba Coffee is a bit of a peculiar spot to get a drink. There aren’t a ton of options out in the area, and you can very easily miss this spot as your drive by. It’s sort of camouflaged in an auto repair shop.
Although it’s a bit of a rough atmosphere there in general (literally across the street from a scrapyard), they do a good job to still make things feel as cozy as they can with what they’ve got.
The guy who was working there was really warm and welcoming. We ended up getting the iced Vietnamese coffee. Was it the most mind-blowing coffee I’ve ever had? Maybe not, but it’s probably your best bet for a delicious coffee and place to relax in the area.

Cozy little coffee shop in an industrial area. Phil is a coffee nerd who is all about his beans! It’s worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

Great coffee shop! It’s next to a car repair shop, but they have a banner out front to let you know you’re in the right place.
Coffee was great, and they have a wide array of bagged coffee if you want to make it at home.
Definitely worth a stop!

To be clear, I had no original intentions of getting a cup of coffee today. As it is, I was in the market for a used car part and took the wrong door. Once inside, I thought, this is a coffee shop. I asked the guy at the counter about a part I needed. He directed me to go next door. No one responded so I went back to the coffee shop. Because I’m a big coffee fan I thought, okay this is a new place, I’ll get a cup and see what happens. Phil gave me the house blend. Although I didn’t sip on it until I left, I found my conversation with him and the coffee quite the experience I had been looking for. For a fact, I’ll be going there again. Phil, if you’re listening, have a pleasant and profitable day. See you again, sooner than later!
