Ants on my food no idea where they may have appeared from. They were all over eggs and bread immediately disgusted. usually have not many issues but I’ll continue to go on lewis. No music. No good customer service this time. Morning crew is a little better. They took it off ticket never asked if I wanted anything else. But I showed grace. Just writing my view.

Because that a place too busy and lots people line and order is not perfect on time and sometimes I have plan other errands and I feel frustrated a little for that and I feel next time if you have too busy and next time warning to people about little late or warning to theirs order something what I meant.

Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Extremely filthy and staff isn’t friendly. When u walk in, no one acknowledges u. They just look at you and turn away. There were no clean tables. No one seats you. So we cleaned our own table and seated ourselves. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. I was a guest with friends so I kept quit out of respect for them. Had I gone there myself I would have turned around and left. The waitress looked so annoyed when we were asking for more beverages. Worse restaurant experience in my life.

Entered minutes before shift change. Table was dirty, had to wait for it to be wiped.
Ordered a cup of coffee. Was served an old and stale cup of coffee. Replacement cup was not much better.
I ordered a fiesta omelette with grits. This omelette was greasy and without jalapeno peppers in it. The cheese appeared to have been placed on the eggs just before it was folded in half and served to me.
Had to listen to the night cook complain about lack of desire to make omelettes. Talked about how some customers want cooked certain ways.
Was asked before I received food to take care of ticket due to shift change.
After I received my food and change no one came back to the table to inquire of me for further ordering.
Nice thing is there are other places to money for food.
