Customer service – 10. Food – 10. Pricing – 10. We got so much food without breaking the bank, and to top it off the food is immaculate. The Cajun seasoning is so delicious. My wife said the Cajun fried chicken was the best fried chicken she’s ever had. The aioli is fantastic. The fries and fried shrimp are to die for. Cole slaw is sweet and delicious. Mac n cheese taste and texture are spot on. It’s a no brainer, try this place out. You won’t regret it!

Beignets are my favorite food and it’s so hard to find good ones in the area, but the beignets here are great! Big and fluffy, and I like all of the fun flavors available to try. The staff is very nice and I enjoy getting the food here as a treat.

We have been fans since the food truck first started setting up. At that time, we had just visited New Orleans & missed the food. What a pleasant surprise to find Cajun food here in PA! I always get an order of gumbo no matter what other entree I have chosen because it is so good. We were recently at a catering event & got to try the fried chicken. Awesome! Large breast but still very juicy & the coating is wonderful. We will remain huge fans as long as they’re around!
