We like coming here a lot, especially on Tuesdays for their wing deals. It’s a smaller B-Dubs, but as long as it’s not a big game night, the wait for a take shouldn’t be long. Part of that issue is the longer-than-normal times it takes to bus a table (but that’s the only real complaint I have about this location.
Our food is always prepared we’ll and to order. Staff members have been really courteous. I like how team members help each other out with refills and bringing food out to the table. This doesn’t happen in all restaurants, so it’s nice to see.
We’re always happy to return to this location. I’d highly suggest you stop by, as well!

Arrived at 1pm Sunday. Seated outside. 10 minute wait for a server. After giving the drink and app order, drink arrived, soon after the mozzarella sticks arrived, half-warm, cheese had already hardened. Ordered 6 traditional wings and tots. Wings were salty as hell; I choked down 3 of the 6. Tots lukewarm. Asked for the bill. 20 minute wait for it. This location sucks, both in food quality and service.

Didn’t seem all that busy, but a 15 minute wait. There was a party of about 8, but no one in the party room. Open tables. We are willing to sit at bigger tables with strangers but was never asked if we were open to that. The kitchen was slow, but it was a bigger football night, so lots of carryout, I assumed. Our drinks were almost gone by the time our food came, but finally got refills. It was good to very good, but not “excellent”.

Served beer to me without an ID. Brandon at the bar tonight on 12/6/25 and Andrea the GM came to take the beer and yell at me asking if she needs to fire her bartender. Im 39 years old. I have proof of my age. It didnt need to be this huge ordeal. Take the beer. I was just telling her that I was served without a “physical” ID. As im being yelled at by the GM Andrea about being told “no” and going to get a beer anyway. Well, it wasnt hard. But in what world do you yell at customers? Its all good. This place is crazy. Understaffed. The staff ALL talking about what a horrible place it is and how much they hate their job. Servers walking out in the middle of the shift. Its a joke I even have to write this. Absolutely ridiculous. And then yelling at us as we are leaving was the icing in the cake and decided to get the names of the unprofessional and unpleasant workers yelling at costumers. They obviously have a really bad with the “shoppers” coming in. Well you dont need to be a secret shopper to tell them what a terrible place they have. They had plenty of open seats but acted like they had the whole place full. Nope. Buyers beware!

Tried the bonus wings. Not bad if you like dried up, burnt frozen mess. The quality is so bad, i bet you. I can go to the dollar store freezer and find better chicken bites then this. And the sauce added to them made them worse. The boneless bites, where hard to chew, dried up and disgusting. I will never step foot into another bw3 again in my life. I felt cheated.

I’m not one to leave reviews and we’ve always liked coming to this location but tonight was the worst experience we’ve had. When we walked in we could tell they were somewhat busy and me and my friends all work in the serving industry so we understand if it takes a minute to come seat us. We waited for about 5 minutes before a lady came up to us and just told us to take a seat wherever we could find one. So we sat at the table that looked the least dirty. We waited maybe 10 minutes before someone came up to us to get our drinks and then rushed us to order for last call. We ordered our drinks and we assumed the server would come back to clean off the table but she never did so we just grabbed the wipes at the table and cleaned it ourselves. My friends boyfriend ordered a drink from the bar and it took a minute for it to come out so she asked the server if she knew when it would be out and she proceeded to answer her very rudely. My boyfriend put in another bar drink and even his came out before the drink she had supposedly already put in. Our server was a tall white lady with reddish hair but when our food came out a black lady told us she’d be taking over for her. We thought maybe she’d give us better service but it was the same. She told us she’d take off the margarita from the bill because the bartender wouldn’t make the drink anymore Which we thought was dumb since it was their fault we never got it. To top it all off when we got the checks we saw one price on the receipt and then got charged more when we actually cashed out like what?And they still proceeded to give us dirty looks all the way out the door like if we had done something wrong.

Just ate here for lunch. For anyone wondering, the bone-in wings are laughably small. When I saw the high prices I just assumed the wings would be a good size. I don’t think I’ve ever found smaller wings at any restaurant in my history of 43 years. They were also severely overcooked. Service was great! Space was great! But at $1.86 a wing (yeah I figured it out), if you’re looking for wings, I cannot recommend this restaurant even in the slightest.

I stopped in here for dinner last night and sat at the bar. The bartender was very nice as were the servers who came by. Unfortunately, after asking for hot potato wedges with my boneless wings, they came out relatively cold. In addition, the boneless wings were tiny in comparison to when I’ve had them in the past. They didn’t taste nearly as fresh as they typically do either. The place itself is nice and the service is good, but the food left something to be desired.

Arrived at 730pm on Sunday. Seated by host. Over 10 minutes without a server coming to greet us. During that time a server did say someone would be with us shortly but that never happened. I had to ask for a manager at the bar and let them know. Within a minute or two a server took our order. It was probably 20-25 minutes or so before we got our food, which we only got after another server heard us telling our kids it should be ready soon and went to check on it for us. Another family of 4 that came in 5-10 minutes after us was leaving before we even had our food.
The food wasn’t great. Fries and tots were cooler than room temp. Boneless wings were fine but not very warm. Cheeseburger looked to be the only fresh item out of our 4 platters. Server would go at least 10 minutes between checking in on us. They were busy when we got there but by the time we got a server they were not busy and there were probably as many workers as there were patrons. They had Cindi Lauper on 6 or more TVs and the SNF game on a couple and the AL baseball playoff game only on one TV.
My son really wanted their advertised cookie/ice cream dessert. I attempted to order it for him and they were out of vanilla ice cream so they couldn’t do that right either. There is a Kroger connected to their parking lot – maybe they aren’t allowed to spend $4 on generic vanilla ice cream so that they can charge $7.99 for a dessert dish.
Anyways, BW’s is never worth it anymore – this location is especially forgettable.

Very pleased. Started with an appetizer of the Asian-Zing Cauliflower Wings. I definitely recommend trying them, they were delicious! Hubby had the All-american Cheeseburger, which never disappoints. I had the chicken Caesar salad, which was pretty tasty as well. A little pricey, but always a nice treat every once in awhile. Great and fast service. I would recommend this place.
