The god-awful service. That’s it. Every time I order take out from this place, It always takes forever- so long in fact that I would simply lose my appetite and regret ever spending a single dime on this place. Turns out that the staff was legit fumbling around in the back in the kitchen. It was sickening. I let it slide, but I had put in an order for delivery not too long ago, and they messed up the order. No biggie, it happens, I understand. But I tried calling the restaurant and it didn’t even ring. It sounded like the phone was cut off. Wow. Awful. Don’t waste your time at this restaurant. The food’s not worth it.

On our way to a long drive home, I made a stop for food to take. Went through the drive-thru quick is usually a risk. The female that took the order was thorough then the young man that was at the window was polite, and able to relay order. When they did not put ranch to go with the fried zucchini, I asked for some and he quickly complied. All food was placed in the bag. All food was delicious. They have a good thing going. It says more the fact that, it was Christmas and they were working.

With only two cars in front of me at the drive thru, I ordered one burger with fries and a coke. It took 30 MINUTES before I got my food at the window. No apology, not friendly. I just read some of the other reviews (should’ve done that before coming here) I don’t know what the hell is going on at this location.

Carl’s Jr is my favorite fast-food burger place. They offer tons of choices in burgers, plus they have great chicken tenders (better than the competition), chicken sandwiches, salads, ice cream items, and every popular soft drink you could think of. They also have a roomy dining area . . . AND a playground for customers with young children! Beats the pants off of Mickey-D’s!! 🙂

There was NOBODY in the drive thru line or in the lobby. I waited for my order to be taken for nearly 6 minutes, then I got to the window and nobody was there for 10 minutes. I only ordered two sandwiches. Idk what’s wrong with this location but the service was so slow.

For starters they have some guy who obviously hates his job at the register! He’s rude and you have to almost beg him to answer you if you ask him something! But that’s not the worse part! I thought it was just me, but my whole family got sick from eating here! Horrible experience from coming in to obviously after leaving!
