Trident checks all the boxes for a perfect dining experience. Unique dishes served with the perfect presentation, phenomenal flavor, and using sea-to-table seafood. It only gets better when you meet the friendly staff, and there is always an owner on shift because they care so much about their business. But, the icing on the cake is the bartender Kori. As soon as you pull up a stool, you feel like you’re chatting with a longtime friend. She’s polite, funny, friendly, and makes a killer cocktail. The only way to make your drink taste better is to look out over the bay as you sip!

I live in panacea about 3 minutes from Trident. This restaurant has done more than offer us great food and fun. This restaurant has brought attention to our town. Attracts business for all the other small business owners out here. The staff is absolutely amazing-literally the best wait staff at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. They don’t let the pace of the restaurant stop them from offering amazing food and service. The food is beyond amazing. I have never had a nasty plate or drink from here. Brunch is our favorite I go almost 2 times a month. I look forward to it everytime. In fact I will be there today ready to eat my brunch. Thanks for coming to our town to make this Amazing restaurant happen – their cinnamon rolls are a must have and I love their photo opportunities! Tiffany M is the absolute best waitress ever!! Her smile and energy are so inviting and I know she loves what she does I can see it in her service.

My partner and I love visiting Trident when we’re in the Panacea/Wakulla area. Matter of fact, we dream about the crab balls regularly. Food is always great, drinks are even better, but the service is top tier! Our favorite server and bartender, Kori, always makes us feel extremely welcome, gives us options to customize our orders to our liking, and makes us laugh! Trident never disappoints. The catfish and grits were absolutely amazing, the dessert presentation was just as impressive as it was delicious, the food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch, and of course Kori Pigott is our most favorite person there!!!!!

Our waitress Shawna was absolutely phenomenal super attentive and friendly the whole time! The food was amazing, and everything came out fresh and delicious. Definitely planning to come back soon. Bonus points for the beautiful ambience such a nice vibe overall! The Bloody Mary was my favorite!

Went with party of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). Sat at two separate tables. Good service. Drinks came out timely.
Kids went outside and played on the volleyball court while we chilled whilst waiting for our food.
It all came out hot/fresh. Grouper and snapper poboy, pumpkin bread, crab cake Benedict, and the kids got eggs, bacon, chicken fingers.
Great cocktails and adult coffees.
Walked out on the dock after brunch and hit Low Tide down below before we left.
