Had a pleasant experience working with the owner. I want to reiterate, as I stated below in my original review, the pizza was great and the restaurant prepared my pizza really quickly. The only issue was with the delivery (which was NOT Pantera’s fault). Not being able to have any recourse with DoorDash as the end consumer was the problem.
In the specific circumstance of this one delivery, it was likely akin to a combination of poor judgment + super bowl sunday where the driver thought other delivery orders would be prepared faster than they did, but, again, it was the driver’s own judgment to sit and wait for ~40 min for additional orders while our food was getting cold.

We ended up having a delivery. The restaurant was great; the pizza, even on Super Bowl Sunday, was ready in <20 minutes. The DoorDash delivery service left something to be desired, because the driver decided to pick up another order and wait which caused our pizza to be delivered almost 40 minutes after it was picked up, and it was cold. We warmed it back up in the oven, and it was still pretty good. We would order from here again but will probably never use delivery again. Based on volume of orders, I would recommend getting your own drivers that do nothing but deliver pizza to your customers. It was absurd that I left a high tip for a DoorDash driver that delivered my food cold because they were trying to be 'efficient', and I have no recourse or ability to modify my tip to show for their poor service.
It’s a very noticeable change. Back then when I was younger, my family and I would always get Panteras. The dough was slightly sweeter and looked like it was given time to rise. The sauce and cheese was slightly tangy, and it was memorable, like the pizza had personality.
Now, the pizza flavor profile made a complete 180, and tastes exactly like Pizza Hut. The crust is the same as Pizza Hut as well, sauce is stale. It changed completely. Such a disappointment because this pizza place seemed so down to earth and family oriented. Now it just blended into every other pizza place.
Such a bummer.
They continued to bring out fresh food all the way up until the end, when they closed out the buffet. I was imoressed by this, because most places do not do this. Most places just leave out what they have, and you have to scavage from that.
I did notice that they had alot of carry out orders during this time too…so that may have helped with them making constant fresh pizzas as well. Plus, they had a decent crowd in there the whole time too.
Overall, this was one of the best pizza buffets I have been to in a long time. We will definitely be going back!!
