I had the mushroom ramen. The food was delicious but I couldn’t quite figure out the taste of the sauce. This is my first time here and it wasn’t as expected but will try a different dish next time. Overall good dish.
Overall great food and I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu.
The first red flag was the moment I walked inside — the restaurant didn’t smell like food at all. For a small space serving Mexican cuisine, this was incredibly odd. And once we got home and started eating, everything made sense. The food had no flavor. Not even basic seasoning like salt and pepper. The “grilled” chicken didn’t appear to be grilled, the consommé tasted like plain water, and overall everything was shockingly bland for a cuisine known for bold, delicious flavors. The only thing we enjoyed were the pickled onions that came with the quesotacos.
This was especially disappointing considering the total was over $50. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I really wanted to like it, but the food fell completely flat.
This author has had the pleasure of finding such a wonderful establishment after seeing their Valentine’s Day special. Their birria and consomé is absolutely delicious and their loaded tacos will fill you up of you’re hungry. The tres leches is light and creamy, and their black beans and rice are filling. The birria munchwraps put Taco Bell to shame. If you’ve been putting off on trying this restaurant on the delivery apps or in person, kindly give this establishment a chance to ease your hunger.

Despite its previous reputation, Little Minor Taco has unfortunately fallen short of expectations on our recent visit. The restaurant’s Brentwood location remains difficult to find, even with GPS, as Uber continues to direct customers to the old address.
Upon entering, we were met with an empty dining room but received no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. Eventually, we were asked if we would be dining in or taking out. After choosing to dine in, we were directed to a computer system to place our order. While understanding the efficiency of online ordering, we missed the personal interaction and ability to ask questions that a traditional ordering experience provides.
Our food arrived at once, despite our requests for it to be brought out as it was ready. This resulted in soggy birria tacos and cold mushroom tacos. When we attempted to order dessert, we were informed that only Tres Leches was available due to the late hour. This information was not clearly displayed on the menu or communicated to us beforehand.
The overall experience felt more like a fast-food establishment than a sit-down restaurant. Given the price point, we expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. The disappointing food and lackluster service have unfortunately left a negative impression. We will not be returning to Little Minor Taco and do not recommend it to others. I have been a long time costumer but was truly embarrassed that I had brought a friend who was visiting from out of town.
The munchwrap photos show it in a aluminum tin, and it shows up in a paper one that is much smaller. It becomes apparent that they made it larger for their menu photo and then make it much smaller. Ridiculous for 20 dollars
Rice and beans put directly into a PAPER container so guess what the rice and beans taste like? PAPER. How about putting down a protective moisture proof layer?
This was my third time and my LAST.
Taqueria Los Perez is WAY better.

I paid $8.50 for a tiny cup of street corn from a food truck in Hanover, Maryland, and was seriously disappointed. The corn was hard — not fresh or flavorful — and it didn’t taste like it was cooked properly. When I asked about how it was prepared, the attendant simply told me it, I can’t give you a sample. I didn’t even asked for one. I asked about the corn before I purchased. The portion was small, with just a drizzle of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese — definitely not worth the price. Save your money and your tastebuds.
Absolutely plan on going back and trying more items from the menu!
