Our order had only 1 out of 4 drinks correct, kimchi sandwich had no kimchi in it, wings were massively overcooked and nearly impossible to eat and the ridiculously priced “ultimate” fry was a joke, fries with a tiny amount of cheese and what may have been bacon bits. The only thing that we were satisfied with was the tiny cups of sauces which were easily identifiable. Do better guys.

I’ve come to this place six times in a row just hoping that you d finally get what I ordered. We being allergic to mayonnaise. Each and every time that I’ve come here I’ve requested for no mayo to be placed on my sandwich. Each time I was told that Mayo does not come on the sandwich but as soon as I get my food, guess what’s on it? Mayo! Here a pic of my sandwich after I’ve tried to wipe all the Mayo off. Absolutely terrible customer service time and time again.

After the cashier ask me did I want to make it a combo when really I just wanted the sandwich I gave in and brought the combo. The grace them a $5 tip thinking it’s a great gesture to being able to tip someone else for service. I order the chicken California and then went home to eat when I hit into sandwich the sandwich isn’t made right. They’re supposed to put ranch but instead I bit into mayo. That immediately disgusted me because I I don’t eat mayo and how do you confuse a sandwich I’m sure they have made 1000 of times with the wrong dressing????? I called the store number that’s posted online and no nobody has even answered me phone so that just made me even mad. I took a Uber to the Walmart so I don’t feel like running back up there again spending more cash to ride!!! I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK BECAUSE THAT IS RIDICULOUS. Horrible experienced. The sweet tea was very bland as if it’s the unsweetened tea . Not saying it needed to be extra sweet but damn it has no taste. Horrible please please check your food before leaving.

The service was terrible we have stopped here a few times and each time they are not worried about waiting on customers as I’m sitting here still waiting she is on the phone which is crazy when customer service is very important to keep a business going

Alex and Jamiah is the best employees that they can have the manager shareff is not a good example for a manager at all I went in and he was being very rude I had hair in my food yesterday and my friend had a roach in her fries he was being very rude stating that it was not a roach but Jamiah made sure I had a very good experience

If your hours of operation say You’re supposed to be open you should be open. first time I tried to order was 8:30 on a Wednesday person at the counter said they were closed so I decided to try and on the weekend Saturday 8:41 closed turned away three different customers probably will not be back

I placed an order for curbside service, when I arrived I checked in expecting my order to be delivered to my car within a few minutes. However, after waiting 20 minutes and no one came out, I called and no answer, so decided to go inside. My order was the only one sitting there, and 2 workers were inside preparing other orders. When I asked about the curbside delivery, I was told they don’t speak English so that was no help. Also to make matters worse the soda machine had no ice, so I received a hot drink and cold food. Waste of money.
